My concept would definitely incorporate elements from Ultimate Alliance. But I also have like... nostalgia for the actual GAMEPLAY of those older titles and still haven't played an Ultimate Alliance game. So I need to do that before I can decide how much and which elements of that formula can be injected into Unite.
Still trying to solve the FOP problem though.
also my concept has Daggett in it as a playable character

50. The extensive roster is DEFINITELY a concept from Ultimate Alliance I can gel with. Right now my idea is leaning a little closer to how the LEGO games play though, but I could see the final being a weird fusion of a LEGO Action-Puzzle-Platformer and Ultimate Alliance.
If you're curious the lineup is
Some we actually go to their homeworlds for a level, some we just get to unlock and play as them.

Jon Arbuckle carrying Garfield in a Baby Bjorn (Garfield & Friends)
Mighty Mouse (Terrytoons)
Note: Mr. Blik only made it in because he was in the DS version of Attack of the Toybots, and I wanted everyone who was playable in a previous game in this one (except the playable villains in Globs of Doom, most of them are bosses)
Note: If Disney doesn't play ball and let Doug in than Norbert gets a spot
And yes, I used the 87 Turtles. I fell in love with the 2012 turtles too and wanted to use them more but honestly trying to fit this game in at a point in that shows plot that worked for both gave me a headache. 87 was just easier to work with from that perspective.
M. Bison created several clones/replacement bodies for himself in the event that he should ever die, his soul and Psycho Power could be transferred to another body. Several characters, including Cammy were meant to be spare bodies for Bison.https://t.co/hcoYuQudQipic.twitter.com/A2QXzTiR5G
Not gonna lie I do kinda prefer the TV work Disney's been doing over most of their films myself (especially Amphibia)...but those four films you mentioned are certified hood classics. ESPECIALLY Soul and Luca

also I'm contemplating adding in DeBlob from the titular games because this game would probably be made in some part in collaboration with THQ Nordic and like... as a kid I noticed that the Tak games were made by THQ and then he joined the Nicktoons lineup and starred in his own show so I was expecting the same thing to happen with DeBlob but it never did. And Nick never did anything with DeBlob but like... it's still cool. That connection is why he made it into the fighting game but I'm not sure if I should add him to the Unite game.
I also hope the King Salmonid that’s inevitably introduced in the June Big Run isn’t a pain in the ass to fight. I’ve beaten Cohozuna THRICE now. Which is THREE MORE TIMES than I’ve beaten Horrorboros

I think I'll save him for the fighting game. The platformer isn't really the place for third party crossovers (except Doug because you know why). So I'll limit myself to stuff Paramount Global owns.
Honestly Antonio Banderas was the first one that popped into my head but I kinda love the idea of Pedro Pascal voicing him more, probably because I've been watching The Mandalorian season 3 lately.
I don't think I've seen your Star Fox casting but I'm also not a huge fan of Star Fox compared to Kirby and other Nintendo franchises
Nintendo fan who feels unsatisfied with mainstream franchises and prefers unsung, lesser-known cult favorites like Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Now that Scarlet and Violet have been out for 5 months and the recency bias has worn off, I'm going to throw out a hot take: they really fell off with Baxcalibur's design and it's easily the weakest Psuedo.
