I find that part of the charm. It sounds silly but like. It's a dude in a suit. Just like old Godzilla movies which is like 90% of the idea behind this mon

I guess that's fair but I find it really basic compared to most recent psuedo legendaries

Like most psuedos are among my favorite Pokémon of their gens and even when they're not, I can at least appreciate their designs. Baxcalibur feels like a massive step back in that regard and I tried to like it but I can't unsee any of what I just described

Speaking of, Toei showed off the first few minutes of Shin Kamen Rider. I'd link it here but even though the movie is rated PG 12 I feel like a cyborg punching nazis to a red paste to paint the forests greens to red may be deemed a bit much for this site but hot damn that was some amazing ****. Can't get better than nazi cultists being beaten to a bloody pulp

Hmmm that's a really massively loaded question as ladybugs aren't really a thing outside of Electrowave Human Tackle. One idea comes to mind with Inazuman, though that dude's a butterfly. A butterfly with immense psychic powers, but that might not be the thing you're looking for. Otherwise, maybe give it a bug steel evolution that's supposed to look like a giant mech? Have the evolution requirement be needing 4 other Ledian in the party when leveling up to reference how most Power Rangers/Super Sentai teams have 5 members to make their mechs. Another idea I always had for a mega evolution is giving it Simon's sunglasses from Gurren Lagann and maybe a scarf somehow. Last idea I can come up with right now is trying to give it stretchy arms to emphasize it's punching ability, I got this idea from Kaiketsu Zubat who's red and fights with whips so you can totally base some ideas off of that

I've only seen two episodes and in terms of fights, there's an in universe time limit to the suit so I can't say how much inspiration you can get from it. A cowboy Ledian superhero actually does sound kind of amazing though

His crazy ass "Where ever you're from, you may be the best at what you do but here in Japan? You're second best" shtick also sounds like something you could work in to an ability or movepull

So uh... is it syill controversial to say I prefer KH3 over KH2? At least gameplay wise, it's super freeflowing and expressive and I prefer the form changes over the drive forms.

Story wise I think 2 has it beat (though KH1 and 358 still beats both)
