I never really mentioned what I got for Christmas this year. The big thing was a drawing tablet, and I just finished up the first thing I drew with it, a fakemon. Here it is - the Water/Steel type Iron Cleanser!

Roaring Moon and Iron Valiant are based on mega evolutions, so I thought it would be cool to base a Paradox on a Gigantamax form (in this case, Kingler). It's basically a mix of Gmax Kingler, a virus, a spray bottle, and the tripods from War of the Worlds. It has a lot of "three" motifs (three horns, three triangles in the pinser, standing on three limbs), this is both a refrence to the Tripods and a callback to the three motif that Dynamax also had (three clouds circled the pokemon, and it lasted three turns). Obviously it's ability would be Hadron Engine, but if Paradoxes could have a hidden ability I would probably give it Mega Launcher. I'm not exactly sure what I want it's stats to look like, simply because Water/Steel is a very good combination, too much in the right places would make it much too strong. I'm not sure if it should get a signature move, but if it does I think it would be a steel type move that's super effective on poison types (similar to freeze dry), which fits it's lore.

Speaking of which, here's it's lore (according to the mysterious Olivine Book). In a far off future, a previously mundane virus (which may or may not be Pokerus) mutates to be deadly, and top scientists bioengineered a Pokemon to eradicate it. It's very good at it's job - perhaps a bit too good. If Iron Cleanser detects a single virionic protein, it will use it's spear like limbs to destroy the surface it's on. If it finds a large cluster of the virus, likely from an infected being... it's single pincer can fire off a highly basic solution that can melt rock. It does not differentiate between the dangerous and mundane strains of the virus, hence it's aggression upon arriving in the modern day. Despite it's close physical similarity to a form Kingler can take in another region, DNA analysis finds it has genes from a large variety of Pokemon, including Crabrawler, Clawitzer, Scizor, and even Pheremosa. It's hard to tell if Kingler was even the genetic base for this Pokemon (out of universe this is a dumb carcinization joke).

I know who you are talking about and he was not 100% not a fan. However, his hard drive should be checked, and also his melanin should be erased because I can't have him repping my people.

I haven’t gotten any spending money or gift cards from relatives for Christmas. I’m great full for what my parents bought me… but I guess I’m gonna have to work to buy some of the stuff I wanted to spend Christmas money on.

finished the KH1 section of the MoM game…on the CoM path and after that the 358/2 Days path. Realized what each color star represents

Green: KH1
Dark Blue: KH1 and CoM
Silver: 358/2 Days and KH2
Light Blue: Birth By Sleep and Fragmentary Passageway
Pink: Dream Drop Distance
Gold: KH3

not sure where Coded and X will be placed (inb4 they’re not in at all)

On top of still having Covid from last week, it was so bad I had to go to the ER for a follow up. Waited 8 hours while a few rude af nurses and doctors did nothing but try to undermine my condition while I waited for almost 8 hours to be seen by a doctor, and while most of the staff from what I saw literally wandered around the building on cell phones not really assisting the over crowded ER.

I was getting somewhat better today but not without a ton of medications. However another problem arose, this time with one of our dogs.

She’s only about 12 but she had stopped eating the past day or so as much as she usually would, only occasionally taking treats, and water until this morning when she didn’t want either.

Since my mom has to work and I have Covid and can’t go anywhere, my dad had to take my brother( our dog is closest to him and lives in his room basically) to see what’s wrong. Unfortunately she has some severe cancer that seemingly developed out of nowhere becauseit wasn’t that long ago she got tested for other things.

She was a great dog, friendly tough, and loved giving and receiving attention. The vet suggested putting her to sleep, rather then have her suffer. She was one strong dog to go on with no signs for this long. I hope you Rest In Peace beauty.

Sucks that we couldn’t all be there to say goodbye, I guess on positive was we at least got one more Christmas with her, and she can pass peacefully.

I'm sorry for your loss. Losing a pet always hurts...

My prayers go out to you and your family. I hope you recover from COVID soon, at the very least.
