I hated that show growing up.

Not because it sucked, but because it was sad, and it was always lodged in between Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist and Detective Conan.

.....though FMA ****ed me up on several occasions.
I think wolfs.rsin was legit the first anime i can remeber that made me ****ing cry
If you dont count the movie Grave of the Fireflys because. God, that movie

I 100% remember the first time I cried at an anime.

Mays Hughs death in FMA... god, I wasn't prepared to see him get killed off. Hit me like a truck.

So yeah, caught up on Smiling Friends.

It's definitely a show that I just watched.
But like, uhh, the uhhh, the-the Renaissance Men are coming, and it says they're coming soon by the looks of it.

So I might get kicked out of my home by my parents if I can’t get my room clean in a month.
Girl, how dirty is your room...

Well I picked up all the trash so now it’s just the fact that I have too many plushies and toys with no storage space and my clothes are all piled on the couch. Plus I never sweep or dust.

So ngl, this sounds like a bout of severe depression, if true you should seek help.

But also clean your room, if your parents are theatening to kick you out then it's probably dirty as ****. It's actually rewarding, you get a little rush when it's all nice and tidy, and you'd feel a little better.

i should probably clean mine a bit tbh.

I'm gonna add that it's also a good idea to have some music on your headphones or something when cleaning, helps give that extra motivation for chores in general I find, it really helps put you in a better mood whem doing it. Also I feel morally superior in having a pretty clean place as a whole after seeing that Asmongold dude, I don't recommend anyone seeing the state of that dude's hygiene but seeing how bad it can get could be a decent push to never get that bad I guess?

I have therapy on Friday. I’ll talk about it with them then. As well as the real possibility that I might be homeless in a month.

Multiversus's unlocking system actually looks cool now, shame I probably won't have time to play it when it comes out.

Damn I could get the TTYD remake for 20 euros, maybe I should finally give this game a proper chance, especially if this is gonna be the best version from now on
If you ever played the OG Paper Mario, it's pretty much just that, but refined to a T.

Granted, it's also extremely broken since Danger/Peril strats are even stronger than they were in OG Paper Mario.

And apparently they're even adding in stuff to fix the dreaded backtracking of the original version so "I see this as an absolute win Hulk image here"

I didn't like the gameplay at all cause my taste in RPGs changed since I liked Mario and Luigi games with the story just being basic Mario stuff in my eyes but at the same time I can tolerate bad gameplay if the story is good, TWEWY Final Remix being a good example of this lol. My big gripe with giving the remake a shot was the price cause Nintendo games never get discounted but a 40 euro discount is shockingly steep

After speeding running Ultra moon, found my first shiny legend off of my list of the remaining ones I need:

Almost failed it because I have a team I put together with some of my favorites I never used, and it has 3 rock weakness lol. Managed to catch it in a heal ball and not premier. But I kind of like that, as it fits with their story of having to heal their emotional wounds with humanity after they burned down the forest they all lived in.

Honestly I kinda miss making these personalized stories through Pokemon games, I remember when I first played Sapphire back in the day and catching Latias in a Luxury ball, my childhood sense of wonder spinning a story about it. Wonder if that's part of why loads of Pokemon fans who grew up aren't as receptive to newer games in the series, I remember not liking ORAS at all lmao

Had a close friend of mine reach out to me today for help with translating a 30 second scene from a Japanese Stage Play (they're a Broadway Musical/Film Buff). I hope I didn't let them down with what I was able to transcribe/translate.

I guess the Stage Play is based off a Manga called "The Poe Clan," but the video link they sent me to look at is called "Gay Teen Vampire Shoujo Protagonist Having A Rough Time." It's 150 minutes long.

😅

Rip Tux Mask ever getting a voice in a while now
I dont even know if Cloud was recast after what Takahito did
Takahiro Sakurai still voices Cloud but I'm guessing it has to do with contracts still being up or Rebirth having been made for quite a while meaning they didn't want to recast him for stuff like the donburi noodle ad for the sake of consistency, time will only tell for thay though

She can have a lil bit of tax evation. As a treat
Pay your taxes fellas
Also where did you hear that from?

Oh wqit, I remeber that. That was in 2020, right?
Yeah this was a while ago but still, I personally against advise going "Well my fave is unproblematic" when anything like this happens just in case. I do know she's doing well, she voices the mech in the current Sentai season which is based off of Antonio Banderas for some reason
