Margot Robbie is a perfect cast for Amy Rose as she'd play two similar crazy big hammer-wielding obsessive fangirls with a crazy crush on a particular person (Sonic for Amy, Joker for Harley). Granted in Harley's case when she was Joker's sidekick prior to becoming basically DC's Deadpool.

Not to mention the high-pitch voice she tends to give off.
