So just asking partially out of boredom but has there been anything from the big N recently rumour wise?

Like I'm content on anime and such for now but with not as many things to look forward to until April except Persona 5 Strikers kinda hoping for something from them on that.

iirc not really. This year has been a bit of the same thing last year was so far: basically no news.

There are rumoura about a new Mario Sports title

Either a new Mario Strikers or a new Mario Golf.

Rumors about Mario Sports, rumors about Diamond and Pearl remakes, rumors about Wind Waker switch.

Outside of speculation for the inevitable Zelda anniversary stuff this year and a good chance something Pokemon is getting announced this month, things are pretty much quiet in the Nintendo parts of the internet. Unfortunately, we're probably gonna have to deal with Nintendo being mostly silent throughout February.

On the bright side, given amiibo Theory and prior precedents in timing, FP9 will probably be revealed and launched in March.

So I reached the 4 & Miss Christmas vs. Chopper & Usopp battle, and I'm listening to Ms. Christmas' voice and I'm like "wait, that voice sounds familiar... is that Envy the homunculus?"

Then I looked up the voice actress for Miss Christmas, and sure enough, it's Wendy Powell. EPIC. Also, very good casting choice xD

Yeah, I'm doubtful since these website listings have happened before without results but Wind Waker is one of my favorite games period so, like, I neeeeeeed a port of it lol.

Don't start 'till Monday, but I'm excited for it. Place seems genuinely decent to work for and outside of maybe needing to work a few Saturdays doesn't have any crazy hours. Having a work-life Balance with this job seems like it's gonna be pretty easy.

I wouldn't mind something pretty big at this rate. I'm a bit hungry for gaming news but it just feels like the next two/three weeks until my birthday is just going to be a void. Nothing really to do.

Then again good thing I decided in a way to use the pandemic as a gap year. Wait out the storm and all that.

I just need to get a port of Wind Waker so I could finally play around it again. It was a damn fine game but I never appreciated it as a kid.

Real talk, I'm expecting them to announce the inevitable collection any day starting after they take Mario's down, lol.

And the port of Ocarina will be the N64 version and not the 3DS port, 'cause Nintendo says "peck you". :p

Oh well, maybe they'll finally fix Skyward Sword if they port that.
