Holy based. So the Donkey Kong Country cartoon is now on Amazon Prime.
This is Amazon's finest hour!
Speaking of the DKC Cartoon, they'd better replace the credits with this.Holy based.
Leo Luster can be relevant again. So the Donkey Kong Country cartoon is now on Amazon Prime.

I dropped the anime years back because the sluggish pacing became too much to bear and I heard the show becomes even worse in that regard later on. If I ever decide to return to One Piece, I can assure you that it'll be with the manga.Alright, I've seen about 30 episodes of One Piece so far.
My honest thoughts so far...
The good:
The bad:
- I love the main cast of characters, honestly. Their dynamic feels really genuine, and I love how diverse their personalities are. The backstories are pretty well-written as well.
- The world-building is pretty stellar. You want to visit that world because Oda does a good job of setting it up and exploring it in the first place.
- The Funimation dub is solid.
- This show is slow. I'm doing my best to stay engaged, and the solid characters and good world-building help with that. However, there are some episodes that feel very dragged out and when I don't like the pacing of a show, it sticks out like a sore thumb to me.
That's what I think so far. How relatable is this for you all?
Early OP is a slow burn, it'll get better once you hit Arlong Park and when they finally enter the Grand Line.Alright, I've seen about 30 episodes of One Piece so far.

Well for one. The most obvious characters. That'd be.I'm working on a roster for a Final Fantasy fighting game. I took some inspiration from the already existing Dissidia, but I've still got some slots left to fill. Who do you guys think NEEDS to be on there?
I have most of those. Aerith is a support character for Tifa, like she is in Dissidia, and I have Vivi instead of just a normal Black Mage. No Yuffie though. So I guess I could slot her in.Well for one. The most obvious characters. That'd be.
Aerith
Barret
Black Mage
Cloud
Kefka Palazzo
Lightning
Sephiroth
Tifa
Terra Branford
Yuffie
Perhaps Sora as a guest character too.
Assuming you don't have them either. There's also Zack Fair and Vincent Valentine.I have most of those. Aerith is a support character for Tifa, like she is in Dissidia, and I have Vivi instead of just a normal Black Mage. No Yuffie though. So I guess I could slot her in.
No i don't. But would Cloud and Zack really have drastically different movesets? Also don't want to have TOO much Seven in there. I wanna at least pretend to be balanced.Assuming you don't have them either. There's also Zack Fair and Vincent Valentine.
How many antagonists do you have so far?I'm working on a roster for a Final Fantasy fighting game. I took some inspiration from the already existing Dissidia, but I've still got some slots left to fill. Who do you guys think NEEDS to be on there?
Someone from XIV if you don't have someone alreadyI'm working on a roster for a Final Fantasy fighting game. I took some inspiration from the already existing Dissidia, but I've still got some slots left to fill. Who do you guys think NEEDS to be on there?
I have one from every numbered entry. I even have a slot reserved for the bad guy from 16, even though he hasn't been revealed yet.How many antagonists do you have so far?
Vivi Orniter as a fighter!I'm working on a roster for a Final Fantasy fighting game. I took some inspiration from the already existing Dissidia, but I've still got some slots left to fill. Who do you guys think NEEDS to be on there?
Chocobo and Moogle?I'm working on a roster for a Final Fantasy fighting game. I took some inspiration from the already existing Dissidia, but I've still got some slots left to fill. Who do you guys think NEEDS to be on there?
it gets much worse later on but for right now the pacing is gonna get fast in a couple dozen episodes, if memory serves. The bad:

maybe you could flip it, for the sake of uniqueness?I have most of those. Aerith is a support character for Tifa, like she is in Dissidia
And what kind of story is that?
Eh. Aerith is more of a support character anyway.maybe you could flip it, for the sake of uniqueness?
What? Aerith’s a cut above the rest!Eh. Aerith is more of a support character anyway.
I mean, Aerith and Sephiroth are basically on New Game+ while everyone else pretty much started their first runthrough. The plot will probably be similar to FF7 with some changes here and there, but I kinda expect some pretty major changes tbh. Those 2 characters know what to expect and when it'll happen, while everyone else is none the wiser.
I don't really expect any MAJOR major changes. Partly because it's Final Fantasy ****ing VII, but also partly because, from Sephiroth's point of view, the only thing he really needs to change is to not kill Aerith. And I get the impression from the story that Aerith only knows the bigger picture, but not any of the little details.
And I'm still betting that this is going to, at the end of the day, be nothing more then a means to facilitate a fight with Sephiroth at the end of every game. Like Nintendo shoehorning Bowser into every Mario game.
I mean, I could. Problem is, do I really want too? I mean, I LOVE Seven, and you could probably make a fighting game out of just characters from seven easy, but I want this to be more balanced then that. What? Aerith’s a cut above the rest!
I’m sure you’d come up with something if you took a stab at it.
Ain't that hilariousMii Swordfighter costume, don't get your hopes up.
I mean, we've already introduced a brand new antagonistic force into the mix, that's a pretty major change if I've ever seen one, and afaik Zack's alive? I'm not a FF7 fan so my knowledge is shoddy but my best friend who is had one thing to say in regards to FF7R, and that was, "Oh my god it's Kingdom Hearts now."
Probably like pretty anime people instead of LEGO.Kinda wonder how Yuffie, Vincent, and Cid will look in FVII Remake: Part II.
I mean, we also kill that new antagonistic force at the end of the game. So they're not really a thing anymore. And like, ain't no way Zack is staying alive.
You wanna know what I think. Things are going to procede along as planned. Zack is gonna show up and interact with the plot from the shadows, as well as directly assisting Aerith, they're gonna get to the part where Sephiroth is supposed to kill Aerith, he's not gonna and he's gonna be all "instead I will kill everyone ACCEPT Aerith" because that's just the kind of villain he is. Zack steps in to fight him. Sephy kills him, but "OH NO!" Aerith gave him the White Materia earlier! His death binds him with it allowing him to cast Holy, a we have a boss fight with a duped and angry Sephiroth, Aerith lives into pretty much the exact same finale as the original because her being there honestly wouldn't change that much.
They'll also probably wear the same outfits as in the original FFVII.Probably like pretty anime people instead of LEGO.
