It’s kinda funny how Leon is played completely straight.

He’s the unbeatable champion, who also just happens to be the nicest most heroic guy around. Everyone loves him, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. Cuz he’s just that cool.

Well, I'm betting it is. Looking at all other pikaclones, it shares a lot of similarities. Defined cheek pouches, same warm coloration, cute furry rodent, electric.
