No clue. Saying Jason Mamoa will star in this film makes me think he’s a lead, but Gabriel is a supporting role in the game, if I recall correctly. So either he isn’t Gabriel, he isn’t the protagonist and it is a story mode adaption, or we’re getting the long awaited Gabriel solo film.

I would sooner believe they'd specifically code in a brick-code to all non-Japanese Switches that try to launch the game from the service.
