TBH it wasn't anything he did, in fact, his claims were laughable. He only got as far as he did because Archie messed up and couldn't find what happened to his original contract.
Sega only rolled over because they didn't want to pay the legal fees for characters they didn't care about, lol. They still would have won in the end, but it would've been very long and drawn out: It wasn't worth it just to keep Lara-Su.
Although, Sega has reinstated they own Shade, so...

DAILY DEMON SHOWCASE
This showcase's demon is of the Brute race:
“I’m Brute Mamian. I'm a prison guard in hell, so I can handle the tough stuff.”
Alignment: Neutral-Neutral
Origin: Buddhist mythology. Mǎmiàn is a guardian of Diyu whose name means “horse face”. Like his companion, he has the body of a man, but the head of an animal, in this case, a horse. He is the first thing newly deceased souls encounter in underworld. He directly captures them before escorting them to the courts of hell so that they can be rewarded or punished for their actions in life. He also serves as the messenger of the king of hell, Yanluo Wang.
Skills: Sukukaja, Mazionga, Recarm, Mist Rush
Next time, you will meet a demon of the Wilder race.
SMT always uses this demon’s Japanese name, “Mezuki” but I wanted to go with the original spelling. Just like his counterpart Ox-Head, Mamian has a simple, yet effective design that didn’t change much for the last few decades. The only mystery for me is the writing on his clothes, which doesn’t seem to be a part of his name and probably is something very predictable.
Whatever the case, Penders is just one man, one man who is foolishly up against a literal army that is Viacom, which is probably bigger than Archie Comics is. I don't see a possible way for Penders to win this.
He was Sonic but "I'm eViL bEcAusE EvIl is RaDiCal" and that was about it.
Ian tried to salvage the character, but even under his writing he was one of the weakest villains and had nothing on characters like Finitveus and especially Eggman.
The only good thing I remember about Scourge is that they tried to make him The Joker and decided to make it clear to the literal children who would be reading that Joker's iconic line is full of ****
I wonder what's up with all the kids that decided it would be funny to bully me in elementary school. I have ran into the guy who was my only friend at the time until he decided that I'm not worth his time and neither of us have acknowledged that
xD I know I am very late for this, but I had no idea this had been mentioned...and since I've been a Rayman fan for years...I felt I had to say something.
I mean, yeah, I was rather speechless the first time a friend showed it to me, in fact, at first I thought it was some fanart that tried to make Rayman in the style of The Amazing World of Gumball but then my friend told me "It's official..." and I replied with "Are you sure it's not an April fool's joke?" and they said "Nope, it was posted recently, like hours ago" and after that...I kind of had a bit of a crisis because I couldn't believe it, however after that I decided to just not care, in fact, it made me chuckle for a reason. As much as it is rather sad that while the Rabbids (Don't get me wrong, I have had nothing against the Rabbids for a long time now and enjoy them) had a show were they made them as they actually are in pretty much all aspects (from their appearance to their antics) and ARE the protagonists despite sharing the world with humans, Rayman was given this treatment that for me makes no sense, I mean, he had actual stories in the first 3 games, cannot say the same about the reboots but...I feel like even if they REALLY wanted to aim the show at kids for some reason, why not use the world and style of Rayman 1? That one is the most colorful and cutest looking of all. But I personally would've liked something that was just as wide in range of age as usually the Rayman games are instead of whatever Ubisoft is currently planning for that show.
On the topic of bullying, the most I ever got was called "acting/being white" which god I wish I didn't own up to that **** thinking that was good wtf was I thinking.

Bro I saw that movie last week and it is so ****ing gay? Like, the biggest movie in the last 20 years (not counting Morbius of course) could only get one of the directors having 5 seconds of screentime and a single line of dialogue which could easily be changed to appeal to homophobes yet Venom 2 gave us "I AM OUT OF THE EDDIE CLOSET" as one of it's many stupidly gay moments
