As for what I think of the director? He's demonized by an unpleasable fanbase that's unwilling to see what potential the man had for growth and learning from prior experiences.

They're also acting like he singlehandedly made the worst Sonic games ever made, when his two games are Lost World and Forces: Lost World is an okay game that, IMO, is over-hated to death, and Forces is a mediocre game with some cool ideas that got rushed.

This is far from a scary scenario IMO and is more typical Sonic-whine posting, but that's just my take on the situation. I'm not saying this game is gonna be 10/10 best game ever, but I personally think it has a lot going for it and will at the very least be a fun time. To each their own, though.

Yeah, there is pretty much over-exaggerating about his work. It could be better, but it is not bad, not even that bad as people put it. I said that people mistake average with bad the other day, and the fact people do that is silly. Maybe he will do better with this new game.

One Piece is actually peak fiction and is still going strong today. It's one hell of a commitment but imo it's totally worth it.

From what I understand Naruto and Bleach are good in their earlier arcs but the writing for them gets worse as they progress

Spend like half an hour just using the search function to find stuff you like (like gaming I assume) and indiscriminately hit like on a bunch of the videos to fast forward that algorithm.

Or Tiktok could just make their search and community functions actually decent to avoid all these hoops, but where's the fun in that?

However, Sachiko Kawamura is also involved as producer, and people are saying she apparently is who we have to thank for the Chao Gardens existing, so take it as you will.

I just made it to the bit in KH3 where Sora goes to the land of darkness.
The Smash reveal is lowkey a more epic version of this, i wish Smash recycled the voiceline from this cutscene as well "I made it!" would have made more sense than "Lets go!"

Which fangame is this?

It’s called Pokémon Chaos emerald. It’s pretty much a randomizer except everything is intentional. It has a mix of beta Pokémon, meme Pokémon like Sanic or Enderman, Kirby, etc. Types are randomly changed for no reason, and wild encounters can be complete unexpected of the areas.

Minus Muk and Grimer having very obvious and slightly offensive names in this, the rest of the game has given me a pretty good laugh while still beI guess fun. It has plenty of quality of life features and every battle will be unexpected.

After Wano, a lot of people expect that one character (Yamato) is going to join the crew. I'm hoping for two characters (as there's another popular choice (Carrot) who would make for a great addition and has a clear role on the ship), though that seems unlikely to happen for a variety of reasons. (chief among them, the second character barely got any focus in the latest arc, and all signs point to the crew consisting of Luffy plus ten people, when they're currently at Luffy plus nine people)

Some people think that Caesar Clown or Caribou are going to join, but I'd call those people "wrong".

I haven’t figured out the specifics yet, but I know it’s gonna be primarily gag focused with a healthy bit of action. Kinda like the Sonic comic, crossed with DBZ and Kung Fu Panda.

I definitely get being cautious, but for what it's worth, I think the guy legit had some good ideas: The parkour mechanic in Lost World was really fun IMO and the Wispons in Forces were brilliant, they just need level design to back them up. I think open world might be able to play into this guy's ideas a bit better, and hopefully an increased dev time will help as well.
