Favorite villain song is probably Be Prepared, love the energy. I also love Shiny, Friends on the Other Side, Ooogie Boogie’s song, Gaston, My Lullaby, and while this isn’t Disney; In the dark of the night.

Favorite death…Dr. Facilier. It’s just really fun in a dark sort of way.

Poor Unfortunate Souls, Gason, Hellfire, Oogie Boogie's Song, Friends on the Other Side, and Shiny are all easily among my favorites.

But for my all time favorite?

I miss when Disney villains had their own themes and could be theatrical and have a grandiose presence. I know it hasn’t shown up a lot recently to my knowledge but Disney/Pixar had quite a few weak twist villains for a while there

Everyone talks about Make a man out of you. For good reason, it’s the best song. But I’ve always loved the comedy in Girl worth fighting for, the emotions in Reflection. Hell, even the opening song is pretty damn catchy.

Even the cut Mushu song was pretty good. Even if some of the lyrics…wouldn’t fly today…

Also Mulan’s friends are probably the best comic relief sidekicks in Disney dont @ me.

Not to say others are bad, I’m very fond of Timon & Puumba. As well as Jumba and Pleakley, among others. But these guys are the best ones don’t even try it.
