Some I can think off the top of my head right now:

- The post I made for Mighty about which ones to play in order is what I'd still suggest for a total newcomer. Play 'em in order of release, not chronologically! Believe it or not, it will make the confusing lore even more confusing: You'll understand more by playing them in order of release.

- Magic builds are rad, wholeheartedly recommend playing into that a lot, especially on 2 and 3.

- The DS games are cool but you could probably just watch the condensed movie versions SE made in the rereleases if you don't want to track them down.

- Roxas is the best boi.

I would have liked a Gen 8 Pokemon and stage in the roster, but after all the DLC passing on and not having one, a Pokemon as the last fighter would just cause disappointment. Glad Smash went out with a larger bang.

Man, I can't believe it's over. I really need to find a way to start my sentences other than "man." It's been a wild ride, and you guys have honestly been the best part of it for me. My time on Smashboards has been really great chatting and roleplaying and sharing art. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon, but I can already see this place dying a bit. I'll try to keep this place and the Ashley thread alive with memes and art as best I can, and I can definitely see this place still being used to discuss games related to Smash. With this place and Smash, you're always wondering what's going to happen next.

I've said before that other characters could get me to drop Inkling as my main

Min Min came close, so did Steve, but in the end, I still stuck with Woomy

Now, though? They finally did it. They topped Woomy.

I thought only Octolings or Waluigi would do it, but the madman Sakurai did it. He gave me a new main, at long last.
