Prettty much what I was thinking, except that Sticky never did anything bad to her, Buddy confirmed it early in the Joyful.

If anything, Sticky, Cheeks & Ricks were probably better father figure than Brad was for most of his life, if judged by Buddy words.

Also to add to your point, Buddy did take Joy before the Joyful, and as we know, on top of making you feel nothing, it make you more violent & make you want to fullfill your deepest desire at all cost, which in Buddy case, was absolute freedom & getting back at peoples who wanted to use her fro their own ends.

Again, I think her writting could have been done better in places, but there are lots of valid reasons why she is like that.

Yeah GBC Shantae combat kinda sucks IMHO. I still need to play the others at some point, so I can't comment on them.

Can I just say that as a huge nicktoons fan who is looking to this for things besides memes, I really don’t want Squidwars. Or Mr. Krabs. I’m already a little disappointed that Patrick is there. Just give me Plankton and that’s it. Move on to other franchises after that. And please. Have like… one or two Nigel Thornberry esque picks but try to take the rest more seriously.

Just give me Plankton and that’s it. Move on to other franchises after that. And please. Have like… one or two Nigel Thornberry esque picks but try to take the rest more seriously.

Patrick is always in these crossovers tho, so why be disappointed in that?

Can we please take a nintendo slapping game with star Fox fighting f-zero racer man seriously people? Like come on. I’m a fan of Nicktoons and their shows and I don’t want to see an idea that has the potential to be truly great squandered to make people on the Internet laugh.
