According to director commentary track on the zim dvds (so possibly out of date info but doubt it) ANYTHING will get approved at Nick if it involves butts, bathrooms or farts in some capacity

if anything you'd have to get used to the CGI, muscles, the anime expressions that disappeared over time like with Teen Titans, the 3 voices Leonardo had cause Jason Biggs ****ed up, the butthole mouth from one of the bug mutants, the pizza Mikey made that had an eyeball and the bottom half of a dead rat, and how we almost got black April as a spy...not letting that one go
