I know people kinda **** on 2D Mario for being kinda generic, but thay's the thing: it is THE 2D platformer, of course it's gonna be a bit basic.
Though as much as I like NSMBDS, Wii and even U, I still think the 3D Land/World games are better successors to the 8/16-bit games than the NSMB series

Honestly looking at BGT I can never ever of all shows take that one seriously with how dramatic and all it is. Even worse when you look at the reality of it all and how some sob stories are actually.

Take away soap operas and reality shows and I guarantee you the intelligence levels of a fifth of the nation will go up by 10% at least.
The first four series of Britain's Got Talent were great and then it just went downhill from the fifth season onwards. Just like you said, the sob stories and the unreliability of the British public vote are one of the reasons why I cannot stand these reality tv shows.

I just wish they would go back to the time when game shows dominated British TV in the 90's which are so much fun in contrast to the shows that are broadcast today.

I remember the time that I watched the likes of Bruce Forsythe's Generation Game, You Bet with Matthew Kelly, Going for Gold with Henry Kelly, Gladiators, Family Fortunes with Les Dennis and Catchphrase with Roy Walker. Those were great times back then....

I paid $80 just to have Vader locked?

The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes. :4pacman:

The gameplay is fine.

I just wish it had more personality than a piece of styrofoam.

EDIT: For clarification, talking about NSMB.

Not 3D Land, that was more basic than NSMB.

It seema like they forgot the personality as the series went on.

NSMB 2 was touted as a sequel to the first NSMB (imo, the most original), and it's a literal copy-paste of NSMBWII

I think what's further made people dislike the NSMB series is the fact that they pretty much standardized its aesthetic and genericness to all of the Mario side series throughout the Wii U and 3DS era, whether it was Mario Party, Paper Mario, Mario Tennis, etc. Thankfully things have improved somewhat for the Switch era but it's still quite different from the creativity of the Gamecube/Early Wii eras.

Lego leaks aren't always accurate.

I certainly don't remember the Mandarin's flamethrower-tank thing from the finale of Iron Man 3.

WAY too expensive wrt graphics cards atm and there’s also stock concerns

I’ll just heckin buy a like. CyberPower or iBUYPOWER or something for around $750~$1400 ish. Maybe monthly payments

Remember that week when we all collectively went nuts over the Gangplank Galleon remix?

Good times…
DK songs slap. Like, legit, they're in the top ten for best tracks from Ultimate.

But y'wanna know what's still king for me?

Bomb Rush Blush remix, by a Sonic composer.

Perfection.

Why was this show soo good, I'm not even a Sonic fan, but...

The Sonic Boom games ruined the reputation Sonic had fought tooth and nail to reclaim after 2006. Only after three good games in a row was he finally getting respect in the mainstream, only for Boom to bring it all back down. It was tough being a Sonic fan during then.

But the cartoon?

That **** was dope

If we're talking about the best Smash Ultimate remixes

Having the Daytona composer do an F-Zero remix is an actual match made in ****ing heaven. F-Zero Medley slaps.

that may be true, but at the same time we already know the movie will have a moment within the Sanctum due to the official pics from months ago (plus...dat suit...)

this is fair but what’s worth noting is the vulture set says inspired by, not ripped from. The No Way home set does not say that.

Also the suit on the box aligns very well with the concept art, meaning it’s very likely from the movie. Not to mention the scene depicted is one that there were rumors or maybe leaks now of a few months ago.

So it’s very likely that set is close to the movie or accurate. Also given Loki this week, black Widow next week, and the timing of these set leaks, I’m Betting trailer next week.
