That is IF Hasbro descides to keep adapting Sentai shows, as there were rumors last year that they are considering stopping that when the new season ends.

Also i wonder how they'll go about doing the newest Sentai? Seems way tailored to the Japanese market.

IDK. Like... I’ve been saying/thinking for years that the adapting sentai method is just kind of asking for a production nightmare. Especially with how interconnected culture is these days. I’ve been thinking for a while now that they should just do a reboot, go back to mighty morphin, but as an all American and ANIMATED production. Not saying sentai doesn’t look good or whatever, I can’t really comment on that. But it would be nice from a creative perspective to be able to do literally anything you want with it rather then be constricted by the live action footage of a show made half the world away.

That is IF Hasbro descides to keep adapting Sentai shows, as there were rumors last year that they are considering stopping that when the new season ends.

Interesting.... would def be an earth shattering move. Here’s hoping they go animated like I suggested.

Lol. I legit want to see a power Rangers version of the phantom thieves now. Like... an adaptation of P5 where the gameplay in dungeons is identical but the dating/life sim portion is completely different and about teenagers in like New York or LA. Lol that would be so cringe yet so fun!

The whole gimmick behind this Sentai was that there were 2 teams of rangers on opposing sides who would sometimes have to team up to fight larger threats.

A team of Police officers and a team of Phantom thieves.

well technically the 2017 movie is a reboot...just not animated, while the current comics and video games could be considered as reboots of sorts. Animated tho...Tommy Oliver animated series when?

Continuity between the show and comics has always been weird. and something like that can be handwaved with something like "While he was working as an SPD Ranger he came across the Power Ranger Gears and became (Zenkaiser) and he will be the one to take Drakkon out once and for all" or something like that.

I can still find enjoyment out of playing if I'm on somewhat equal footing with my opponent and still manage to lose (because at least it's easier to realize my mistakes and improve), but I will admit that I tend to get a bit tilted when people much better than me are rocking my world, especially with hyper aggressive characters like Falcon, Fox, and Pikachu.
