Many people.... have claimed the balloon in this photo.... is haunted.... and it had something to do with the boy's disappearance... but what do you guys think? I think FilmCow (Charlie the Unicorn/Llamas with Hats) recently came up with their own Vtuber persona. And it's just as weird, creepy, and meta as one might think if you've seen their previous animated shorts. lol
