That's a shame. While Ninja Gaiden ain't my thing I grew to like the idea of Ryu Hayabusa in Smash.

That's a shame. While Ninja Gaiden ain't my thing I grew to like the idea of Ryu Hayabusa in Smash.

Still think the final two is Crash and someone else. Not a Nintendo rep if it ain't Famicom Detective or Pokemon.

I should clarify she's canonically alive in the Kingdom Hearts timeline, not Final Fantasy.

In Final Fantasy she still gets down-Aeirthed.

...Until Remake pulls a silly and changes that. ticking everyone off, and yeah TBH I'm low-key expecting this.

As much as it stings to get a favorite character deconfirmed, in an ironic way, that's the beauty of speculation, in that one day a character can be on top of the world, like Monster Hunter, Travis Touchdown, or Hayabusa, and the next moment, the rug gets ripped out from under their feet and we're all just left scratching our heads.


As for me?

I mean, I always did think the Brew/Shifty leak was bull, I said so on multiple occasions. They had 0 cred to their name, and in the end, the KT stuff that Verg claims to have heard really could have just been about Spirit and Byleth stuff in the end.

I’m iffy on Crash. I dunno if we’d get another western character. Here’s hoping.

I'd rather watch smaller series than commit to watching shonen with high episode counts. The only one I really keep up with nowadays is Dragon Ball.

Although, I have been interested in checking out My Hero Academia.

Honestly? I love watching the longer shows, and the shorter ones(under 20 episodes) just tend to not satsify me enough. I'm watching anime for the story and worldbuilding and the like, and that little amount of episodes is usually not enough to get into the meat of it.

I've found a good balance of episodes is somewhere in the 30-40 range: long enough to setup and build a world and story, but not too long that it starts to get dull and tedious.

I deal with this daily, growing up in an EXTREMELY Conservative area (80% Republican, 50% Unemployment, a gun store walking distance from me with a Q Anon sign).

This is literally EVERY conversation with Republicans in my area. They believe in a magic boat, but they think that transness is crazy and unfounded despite decades of data and studies.

I admit, the animation quality varied between episodes in Season 2, but as far as CGI animated shows go, it wasn’t that bad.
