I beat God of War 1 - the game had a smaller scale than what I expected (apparently, God of War 2 and 3 are more like what I thought this was going to be, with over-the-top setpieces and boss battles against a variety of Greek heroes, monsters, and gods, though I figured the gods would be saved for the second or third game anyway), and more of an emphasis on platforming and puzzle solving. The combat was excellent, though the platforming wasn't the best (the lack of camera control didn't help, and neither did the extended sections where you had to cross balance beams). All in all, it's a solid foundation, though Kratos isn't a likable character.
I'm working my way through my Playstation backlog, so I've got plenty of options:
-God of War 2 (and 3)
-Kingdom Hearts 2 (and Birth By Sleep)
-The Last of Us
-Ratchet and Clank Collection (the first three games)
-Uncharted 1-3
-Ico or Shadow of the Colossus
-inFamous
I haven't owned a Playstation system until a few years back, so I haven't played any of these before. (I've already beaten Persona 5 and 4, Kingdom Hearts 1, and Metal Gear Solid 4)
And that's just the physical games (I have plenty of PS1 and PS2 RPGs downloaded, like Legend of Dragoon, Xenogears, or Persona 3, though I'll save those for later since they're pretty big time commitments)
