Made by manually clipping stuff out to make reasonable sounding loops. Replaces original file sizes, not the 14-min ones that I don't understand. Followed GSUBs simple step guide and still got crackles/pops but it seems fine once I actually burned a DVD, might be my TV.

It's best to replace the sound in Falcon's PlCa.dat file, since replacing his knee sound might..... end up in other effects, too.

That depends...

* If you replaced Falcon's knee sound in his audio files, that audio file is shared with other moves Falcon makes (such as his dair and dsmash); he would YES every time he hit with those, too.

* The file above only goes over the knee sound effect itself, when it hits directly... He's just letting you know he made contact.

It's certainly doable, when you go to extract it it's ganon03.dsp, then just ctrl-F the original .dsp's code in the hex editor and just paste this instead. I'd do it but I'm working on something else and I've got a list of stuff I want to do a mile long.

I've successfully made my first audio hack!

Snoop Dog - Dream Land Drop it like it's Hot remix


It's a replacement of Dreamland's old_kb.hps and it's made using the swm_15min.hps so if you want to add it to your ISO you're going to need to rebuild it using GC-Rebuilder. The loop points aren't perfect and the sound came out a little bit quieter than I had expected but it's not bad. I may get around to fixing it eventually.
