i hope u know i don't really care. Once i start going to tourneys and proving my point well see what u all think. (and if i am wrong and i can't beat any mk in tourneys i will come back here and admit it).

Also i hope u all know i could care less about what the MU ratio is suppose to be i mean i am willing to go zelda against ally i could care less what others think about Mu as long as i think its doable.

You can all disagree or hate me or whatever does not matter since i have been beating good mk with my rob granted i most likely wont be able to beat m2k but the facts are no matter who i play i most likely can't beat him. But **** i live in NY every tourney i have ever gone to has had top players at it and for months i would always get top 10 with ****ing zelda so now i play rob who has much better tools and who i think i can win with.

My take, ROB only has one terrible matchup which is MK but it's certainly winnable.

No one said ROB can't beat Mk at all, we're saying a ROB won't place at a national tourney because of Metaknight's dominance and **** MU over us at the highest level of competitive play. Now go lose for me.

If MK didn't have the tornado, ROB could easily win all the time. You don't understand that MK is still highly disavantaged by ROB camping. ROB on the ground can **** MK easily.

Placings mean very little. As long as you're beating GOOD players, your chances are higher compared to others who don't.

Sorry, I'll read your post fully next time. I swear I didn't read it completely. Anyway back to ROB placing.
My ultimate goal is to place top 10 at pound 4, I got 13th at Apex out of 100+ just behind Afro_Thundah, Dojo and UltimateRazer we all got screwed up in the brackets. I had to fight Ally on round 3 or something which ruined my overall placement. I almost proved that ROB can get top 10 at a national tournament. This time, no johns. I'm training extremely hard, I really hope I don't fight Ally or M2K early on. BTW I plan on going to USA more often very soon, cause I haven't been doing much lately due to lack of time.

Keeping things in the right threads keeps things organized. Organization helps people that come here find information relevant to their needs. This in turn causes less people to ask questions that have already been answered reducing over all clutter and that circles back to making things easier to find.

I played awfully today. My shining moment was beating Chibo in lulzy dittos on the livestream but other than that, this might have been my worst tourney performance...ever. I don't know my actual placing yet but it's really low- Chibo's was much higher though.

I would have played Ally but he (1)wanted to watch other matches (2)went to get food, and when we finally sat down to play, he (3) couldn't find his controller =( No Ally for me.

Also, how close were your games with Takeover? Brackets are up- I didn't know he played you too. Silly Cam had to go and send him to losers...which screwed us over since apparently he ended up 7th. I guess it's not as bad considering if he had beaten Cam, LoCal would have been playing each other in tourney...again lol

He plays me all the time, so he knows the match-up more than his opponent does. And yes Cam is pretty amazing.

Well my original plan was to go all Snake at BR II to see if it could keep up with other players, however that didn't happen because I had to play Ally and there was no way in hell I was gonna ditto him. So I ended using Link anyway. But yeah I've decided to not go all Link anymore.

Just out of curiosity, is Kingtoon any better than Lobos? and who does Africa main? lol I've never heard of either until now. I read in the results thread Kingtoon is the best TL in PA...but he got 25th lol at the second tourney at least.

Also, Chibo, don't forget to mention if tourneys are MK banned or not. That kinda makes a difference for us R.O.B.s when we go over results XD

Oh yea forgot to mention, DSO10 was MK banned, though none of the people I encounter play MK. The closest one would be Pierce who is a Marth main, but is working on an MK.

Kingtoon - People joke around and say like Best Toon Link In PA! but its pretty much true I guess, I can't think of any other good Toon Links. He's getting really good though imo. He hasn't been ranked in the past since this is his first rankings season of true activity. If you ask me though theres a great chance he'll be ranked. The sets on YouTube. I haven't played Lobos in a while but from what I remember I would say they're fairly comparable.

Africa - He's been around since the beginning of Brawl (and Melee) and has been ranked in PA in the past. He's currently on the honorable mentions list though because he didn't go to too many tourneys last season, though he's got a couple under his belt this time so I wouldn't be surprised if he made it back on. imo he's definitely one of the best DK's (among the ranks of Will Bum and Cable) it's just that he lacks a lot of tourney experience. The set's on youtube

i just let everyone down and choked big time at a tourney. i don't feel to bad b/c one of the people i lost to beat ally in winners final 3 strait but still i did badly. i lost in every match which ment something but destroyed in friendlies Anyway next time i will do a lot better.

Also on the day i went 1 for 2 against MK and the one MK i beat was in a mm which made that my best win of the night. Also i got one video recorded of me against a ddd but i think it looks scrubish since i have no idea how to fight ddd but i did end up winning the match.

Next time i will do much better with out a doubt.
