Would breeding a Exploud from a previous generation keep the same base stats, since Exploud was buffed in X/ Y?

I wouldn't want a weaker Exploud if one from a previous generation would result in that.

I've been wonder that because I also have some other pokemon that had stat buffs in X/Y

I'll take the grass type. I'll add you when i can and I'll list the gender, nature, and iv that are maxed out. i only got ones that have either mischievous, alert to sounds and somewhat vain
I'm guessing you'll want super luck togepi. i just have original abilities for togepi

i can trade now i have 15 but one had a stat with 0 ivs in speed

ones that have superior stats have naive (4), adamant (2), and impish. adamant has 31 speed, sp def. naive has 31 speed, 31 sp atk (2), and 1 31 for sp def. while impish has 31 speed
above average 2 calm, the rest have different natures (naughty, jolly, docile, impish, relaxed). both calm have 31 sp defense or sp atk. in the order I listed them 31 sp def, 31 sp atk, 31 sp atk, 31 sp atk, 31 sp def
and i added holder-of-the-heels...
