Castle Siege just doesn't have the same magic that a stage like Bowser's Castle or Ganon's Castle would have. So I'm going to go ahead and say: No, one castle just doesn't cut it for me.
Also, now that I think about it, Hyrule Temple is sort of a "Ganon's Castle post-destruction"... but that doesn't count.
