Mine is coming out decently, though I'm working on less of a picture of Bomberman and more of a picture of the five founding members of the Bomb Squad's bombers..

I'm not used to group pictures or drawing on the computer, so this is gonna take a bit longer than my normal picture would.

Hey guys! Sorry for my extended absence, but I've just gotten through the most hellish week I've had all semester... Ah well... No need to ***** about it...

Anyways, what'd I miss? Nice to see the new thread had already reached nearly 5k views in such a short period. Still a far cry from Mega Man and Geno's 100k+, but we're getting there... sorta...

As far as contributions, my drawing skills have become rather poor due to lack of practice (thank you very much, life... ), but I'd like to contribute something to the club dedicated to my favorite 3rd party Brawl candidate. Maybe I'll finally get something up over the weekend and anyone who's good with Photoshop is free to enhance whatever rubbish I post.

I'm 'bout to scan a warm up sketch I did earlier today. Not of Bomberman, but of the Kamen Bomber.. Based off my bomber codename.

I linked it, cause it's kinda big. It's big because I was trying to make it look the best I could when I was resizing it.. I think I could have done better, but I don't feel like taking an hour trying to resize something until it looks perfect.

Anyway, just a quicky sketch.. Which explains why it doesn't look as pretty as it could..

Quite awhile ago I emailed Hudson asking them to clear up the whole shares issue and how much Nintendo owned. As expected, here's the generic answer I recieved:

I think even if you sent a long emotional letter to sakurai or Hudson about how much you want your character in brawl and how sad you'd be if he/she wasn't......you'd still just get a message like that

Yeah I know, I was fully expecting a reply like that. If they stated the shares divison that would have been cool. Still, it was worth a shot.

NyaseNya posted a thread stating that MegaMan is not in Brawl. He also said some other stuff like cel shaded Link, Olimar, Ness and Game & Watch are in it. NyaseNya is the guy that stated the day Sonic would be revealed.

If MegaMan is not in, this surely raises Bomberman's chances. I know you can never trust sources like these 100% but he was right before.

I can just imagine the uproar here if Megaman was not in brawl, we'd be hearing it for at least a month. That guy might just have been the type of person who says "I bet sonic will be updated tommorrow" every single day so eventually He'd get it right.

This may be a bit off topic but have you ever heard of Hakkun? He was in a game called suite hakkun on the snes(I think). Google him. I think he might be the sleeper hit nobodys really expecting, like mr. game and watch in brawl....

As mentioned before, i strongly doubt whether that guy is "a prophet", psychic,or whatever people are thinking. He mostly likely said, "Sonic is the next update" on a different thread everyday and got lucky. Now he's just running with it to get a cheap chuckle and gather as many fools as possible.

Somewhat back on subject, if Megaman wasnt in SSBB for whatever reason, that would greatly improve the White Bomber's chances. This thread would explode with "Bombermon 4 bRawl!" and "Hes the tommorows updat1!".

Regardless, I want Megaman as well, but would much more prefer Bomberman.
Point in blank: Bomberman> Megaman.

Things have been kinda boring with the updates....we might not find out if bombermans in brawl till the game comes out in japan .

I'd love a leak right about now, come on people working with sakurai on making brawl, one of you let the character roster slip!

True, Link and Snake can shoot bombs, but they can't use it in the way Bomberman can. Link can use a sword, but he can't use it the way Marth uses it. Bomberman's bombs would be completely different than Link's bombs and Snakes grenades, mainly because if he is added, pumping up bombs is only to come as well.

Because if Wolf O'Donnel doesn't make it in, and Bomberman does, then the B-man is definetely going to be my main, regardless of tiers.

Speaking of tiers, anyone have any ideas of what tier Bombermam might be?

I would main him, I don't care much for his tier.

I am currently going to main Pit and Ike, if Bomberman comes in, I'll main Pit and him, if Isaac comes in, I'll main Pit and Isaac, if both Bomberman and Isaac get in, I'll main them both.

Regardless, I'll main Bomberman if he makes it in.

I had stated to a few people already that if Bomberman gets in he'd be my main. Though honestly that might not happen since I've already stated that I'd be sticking with Mario and Link. He may become one of my secondary characters. All I know for a fact is that I'll be using him quite often.

Well right now the order for characters I'm going to main are in the order Black Knight, Captain Olimar, Bomberman.. depending if each makes it into the game. Even if Bomberman turns out not to be my main, he will definitely be a secondary.. regardless of tiers.

Doesn't really need to be a burn. Coming into the Bomberman thread to bash Bomberman doesn't help anyone and just causes flaming which results in banning and thread closing.

Honestly I can say the same thing he said about Geno, and it wouldn't matter because we don't know who's in and who's not. What I can say though is Bomberman's chances of getting in are much higher than Geno's, with one of the reason's being that Geno has only ever appeared in.. What is it? Two games? Maybe three? And he's only been playable in one..

Then you've got Bomberman... Well you've all seen the list. And those are just Nintendo releases.

I think most would agree with me when I say, it's better for Bomberman to have a few crappy games and be known, than to only be playable in one game and not be known.

More people are familiar with Bomberman's name than they are Geno because Bomberman has had more games. And another thing Bomberman has going for him is that he is the star of the games he's in. Geno is just a secondary character in the game he's playable in.
