or some kid who throws hundreds of dollars into the crowd after winning a tournament with jigglypuff, and is still in high school and has to get his parents' permission to go to tournaments.
i'm saying maybe if we all think about it hard enough we can make it come true.

I ****ing love Mango. Not just cause he's good, but that he's good and he's also kind of a hilarious character. I like his weird feminine **** mixed with the fact that he just ***** the balls off of people. He's cool as ****.
With M2K I never know if he's just some whiny mother****er or if his johns are actually legitimate. Mango's arrogance is coupled with extreme confidence, while M2K's isn't. And that's sort of the issue.
I love both of their **** though.

Most of the time the younger pros are acting like fools because the older guys are too busy kissing their *** because of their smash skills opposed to setting the example and telling them to stfu. That's not their fault though...... If I was 15 and had every one kissing my *** I sure as hell wouldn't mind it, rofl. I'm not referencing m.go exactly either, he's far from the worst one.

I've seen all of his vids up-to-date omni, including his most recent ones of him getting handled by SS in 2 sets. I don't even factor that too heavily in my consideration, because zhu is better than ss, imo. Just like even though he beat m2k at genesis, m2k is still better, imo. I like to look at the bigger picture... excluding both upsets and johns...

yes it is age discrimination. The best street fighter players aren't 16. The best starcraft players aren't 16. When a 16 year old comes along and starts winning, it's a novelty. The kid is considered some sort of prodigy (like Baby in starcraft). Their age becomes another cool thing about them. Yeah, he's got a good late-game and his reaverdrops are exceptional, but man, he's just fifteen. Isn't that cool?
But to a person looking at smash, considering picking it up competitively... Come on. Largest tournament ever, none of the top 3 can drive.
Mango's cool and all, and so is hungrybox, and so is Armada, but I would really rather we take a path where an adult represents the competitive smash community (like Ken or M2K), not a path where suddenly the scene is dominated by tweens.

back when i was 11, i wasn't bad at DDR. I was working on breaking 50 AAA's on Extreme when I quit ddr because it was too expensive for an 11 year old. People thought i was pretty cool, hey this little kid is mad sick at this game, come watch him play instead of eating pizza at battlezone, or whatever. But as i'm sure josh would tell you, people in the DDR scene would have been kinda irritated if someone as young as I was were actually a legitimate competitive player.

I dunno. Honestly, I find random people like Boss, UnbreonMow, Ankoku, etc to be more representative than Mango, honestly. Maybe that's just because I think they're cool though
Not to mention, if we're on the outside looking in, then Ken is STILL the rep for smash. ****er hasn't played for the LONGEST time.

If you're getting oant by 15 year old kids then that's your problem. May the best man(or kid) win.. I find some of their actions annoying too but as I said the older dudes should be telling them to stfu instead of riding their pre-pubescent *****.
