Yea i reread everything just now... I agree Halo 3 will take the cake. Since I didn't read it carefully I thought Zio was saying Halo was better and although I am not about to get into any discussion like that I will make my first and only statement on the subject, that being: Metroid is better than Halo.

Unless they step up the Campaign mode for H3, I dont see it winning GOTY.

Back on the other topic, I think Halo will win GotY regardless of if the campaign mode is good. They could practically **** in a box and write "Hay-low Sea quill!!!!" on it and it'd win GotY.
I do like Halo, the multiplayer will win it GotY I'm sure. And I'm about to try Metroid Prime 3 tonight. I say it'll be a looooong shot for Brawl to win, because "there's no blood or chainsaws in stupid childish games like Smash."

Actually man, I don't have a real problem with you. I have a problem with the 'following the crowd' mindset that so many people have, I would have said that to anyone.

I heard more talk and discussion about the power rankings in the last 2 days then I ever want to hear in the rest of my life. Too much of talk challenge matches, and just the general elitism behind it. I really have gotten tired of watching people's attitudes flare up about them, and now the way you can't play friendlies without someone bragging about how they did later makes me not even want to be on them anymore. At first I thought all of it was a great idea, and now its sucked most of the fun out of the game all over again.
And whatever, I was power ranked #1 in DDR in the state before most of you ever thought about playing Smash, so take that, effin bastads. >:D

Singles seeding will be random with some courtesy to crews – you will be spaced evenly as to prevent playing each other in the first round. One of the two criteria must be fulfilled in ordered to be favored. You MUST have 3 or more people in a group hailing from the same region, or you must be part of a crew. Teams seeding will be done randomly.
In case more than 64 people come, Singles seedlings will be determined by pools – each player will be assigned to a pool, and each pool will play 2 Three (3) stock matches in a round robin. If a player wins a match, he must inform an official of how much stock he had remaining. Players will continue to play with each other until each player has played all of the other players in the pool twice. The lowest ranking players will be cut off from each pool, so much so until it meets the conditions of a 64-man bracket. All stages for pools are picked randomly, and all character selections will be double blind pick – both players must whisper their character choices for that match to an official, and then immediately select those characters afterwards.
