I don't bother updating this very often anymore since I'm usually pretty busy but its not like people post in here very often anyway. It's usually back in the 2nd and 3rd pages of threads and not to mention at least half of the posts in here are by people that are essentially never heard from again in the atlantic north and tournament listings forums.
