PR mm's aren't mandatory. it's just a tool the panalists use to gather more info/data/statistics, if a PR member wants to be **** enough and say they never wana do a PR match ever, fine they have that right

the majority of us dont mind the risk cause we care more about the states rep than ourselves.

worst comes to worst, the player that doesnt want to PR mm will still have to enter competitions and risk his rank there. if he really doesnt deserve his spot, it will show, and he will go down and get eliminated.

Lets say we go to orlando, and an orlando player (dtor for example) wants to PR mm miami people cuz he doesnt get a chance normally to play us and doesnt wanna just hope the bracket matches him up for him. PR matches allow him that opportunity and i dont think theres a single person in sfl that would reject his challange other than potentially cause of money issues.

lets say dtor being the deserving and skilled player that he is, beats everyone he pr matches except the one doushe that doesnt want to for selfish reasons. DTOR now has complete records against everyone but that one person vs sfl. that one person then has to beat everyone dtor did, and even dtor, only using tourny matches, to be above dtor on the PR (if it were updated right then)

so maybe he now wants to PR match people from sfl to boost up his own records, because he was a ****, and we heard about it, maybe we wont PR match him and give him that right either.



The community generally has your back, if anyone doesn't accept a PR match for selfish reasons you can let us know, let panalists know, and we'll do our best to correct said person.



TLDR:
As a panalist, i only care about producing the most accurate PR as possible, and to do that we need as much data as possible. if anyone gets in the way of that, I will address them personally.

Seasons should be cut down from 6 months to 4.
3 Updates a year rather than 2.

Its been a little over 3 and we already have plenty of information proving a new PR is in order.

The megaman theme honestly could be recycled a few times.
Like how MD/VA uses the MVC theme and just adds new characters.

I was gonna suggest a tales game next. If neither me or Snipa are on the PRs then a tales theme can't happen. Me and Snipa are the "Tales" people of smash.

Let's say, Dewdadash, you wanted to PR MM me. I, being the superior player ranking wise, and in my head skillwise, it is just another MM to me with a little extra pressure (And a little more money than a normal MM). Unrankeds aren't that scary to the majority of people, so it is basically free money.

If you're not going to accept HR's PR MM requests because you feel your ranking doesn't benefit, Why accept a PR MM from a random then? At least when you play a lower PR'd player, you get to solidify your spot above them on the next PR should they suddenly step it up against other members.(along with taking their money)

Without PR matches there's no reasonable way for CFL/Tampa/Gville to keep up with SFL's PR win records, as the fact that most of the PR lives in SFL will only perpetuate itself until everyone on the PR is from SFL.

For example me getting 1st/2nd/3rd at Ryo's tourney didn't help me at all. I didn't win PR points but I lost PR points to Hrnut. So at the few tourneys that I can attend with SFL I'll be increasingly needing to PR match players if I wanna stay on the PR.

And don't say some bull**** like "THEN IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE PR YOU'LL GO TO TOURNEYS WITH SFL" I dont have time for that **** people have lives and priorities and I can't go to every tourney just because it's suddenly convenient for SFL to go. It's that kind of attitude that tells me we should just have separate PRs. I originally decided that I was just gonna drop off the next PR and focus on bettering Tampa but if HR is gonna be motivated to **** everyone than I will too

So anyway im PR matching everyone at the next tourney Im at. Getting Carpet removed this weekend so I guess NLL will be my next tourney. Prepare to john your losses cats.
