This is assuming you dislike Blizard as much as the rest of the world does, and that you Sunyday as I switch in, although no matter what weather, Moltres is Fried Chicken. Tell us which Weather is still set up, so we know if the incoming Water Types get SolarBeamed twice or not.

Also, is it more important for a counter to have high hp and low defensive evs, or high defensive evs and low hp evs (assuming both sets work exactly the same and with the exact same results)?

It's useful (apparently) according to Smogon to have Life Orb numbers (xx9 HP or something) which rounds down the Life Orb damage, making eleven uses possible.

I personally don't care because they're like assuming you're going to hit 11 times without taking damage at all.

Oh yeah, I think they made a CB Scizor set with something like that so you could switch in and U-turn out 11 times.

Okay, so basically, I hit with Surf. It's 4x Supereffective. You hit with HP Grass, and not much damage is done. I then proceed with surf (or if the hit points are less than half, Brine) again.

Doesn't even need SpD or HP EVs to wall you (taking 40.29% max from Blizzard) and after LO recoil from two moves, HP Flying OHKOs you.
