What's the rule about Sleep Talk? Does it always pick the most damaging move?

It's not perfectly defined. If counters had to be able to take two extra attacks all the time in spite of the odds, that would make things much harder. However, since Kangaskhan has to roll high itself (Mega Kick is morbidly inaccurate, and if you can't land a Focus Punch, you'll be stalled to death) it's safe to assume that everyone has to play percentages, in which case the 'roo wins.
