The New Counter Game: Read the **** Rules or the Thread Get's Locked

Sleep isn't that overpowered, in this game only 2 turns of sleep are assumed. Slap Sleep Talk onto a set (or Snore, even) and you have a counter. Or use a Lum Berry or something.
Im annoyed that no one bothered to point out that this counter didn't work.

i thought it was iffy, but care to explain?
You take a minimum of 79.9% from a +2 Waterfall and fail to OHKO with any of your moves. At which point Quick Attack does a minimum of 19.8%, enough to KO you before you can KO me.

It removes the -1 speed of Curse (otherwise there would be no Drug Aerodactyl set), so I don't see why it wouldn't remove it from Leaf Storm.

The fact that Psychic instantly kills after 3 Calm Minds, and that with 6 of them Fireblast would have to do Max Damage to prevent Ganon here from recieving extra hp after the attack makes me feel quite confident in my Counter's ability to... well.... Counter. HAMANDPORK! HAMANDPORK! HAMANDPORK! RA! RA! RA!
...... Yeah... got onto NewGrounds and saw some Smash Bros Flash Videos. Crazy as heck, but funny. Smash Kingdom Melee made me laugh so much.

I don't think that works. Roserade can just Giga Drain as you switch in and continue to Giga Drain.
This is me being lazy to see how much damage Giga Drain will do. But the fact it has Miracle Seed, Stab, maxed out spatk, and it's "neutral" on Water/Poision seems promising enough.

Doesn't work, I 3HKO with Giga Drain and 6-7HKO myself with Giga Drain.Platypus said:

Turn 1: Milotic uses Surf as Chinchou switches in.
Milotic @ 100%. Chinchou @ 71%.
Turn 2: Milotic uses Hypnosis. Chinchou falls to sleep.
Milotic @ 100%. Chinchou @ 76%.
Turn 3: Milotic uses Surf. Chinchou Sleeps some more (since Sleep is stated to be able to last 2 turns).
Milotic @ 100%. Chinchou @ 53%.
Turn 4:Milotic uses Surf. Chinchou wakes up and gets off a Thunder.
Milotic @ 25%. Chinchou @ 30%.
Turn 5:Milotic uses Hypnosis. Chinchou falls asleep.
Milotic @ 25%. Chinchou @ 36%.
Turn 6:Milotic uses Surf. Chinchou sleeps some more.
Milotic @ 25%. Chinchou @ 13%.
Turn 7:Milotic uses Surf. Chinchou wakes up, but washes away with the Tide.
Milotic @ 25%. Chinchou @ Atlantis with 0%.
It has been debated several times, but counters have to be able to take Maximum Damage Attacks, even if it isn't always maximum damage in the games. The thing that clenches this is that Chinchou does not outspeed, and will always be put to sleep before it can finish the job.
Someone can rule on this, but unless I made an obvious mistake and need to go hang myself for being stupid, Milotic is still the Pokemon to Beat.
