I personally vote that Reaper should possibly update the rules to note that you can't pick what you come in on (this has been an issue in the past, actually). I'm also a little tired of "Don't assume Max Damage", when you have to make absolutely sure you can take all Max Damage moves while doing Minimal Damage to survive. I also didn't know that we could use Shedinja ever... is he banned, or is their a situation where we can use him? The rule at the bottom of the first page (about not using the same Pokemon on the same page) should probably be added too (since if we can barely get people to read the first page, what makes us think they'd look any further?). And maybe the official ruling on Sleep should be included in the rules too..

Rule 10 "Don't assume max damage all the time" must still be replaced with "Counters must always work damage-wise, so assume max damage from your opponent and mininum from your own."

Also, either put the 'Species-clause-per-page' rule on the first post or don't enforce it at all.

There's ~15% chance that Thunderbolt fails to KO after LO damage, and then I'd take you with me as I 2HKO with Surf.
Also, being unsure of whether your counter works is against the rules.
