i was refering to the learning curve rather than the effort required during a match IC's require learning 18 bazillion chain grabs sheik is learn tilts to fairs and tech chasing peach is turnip camping float canceling and pressing down on the c-stick (yes i know sheik and peach require more effort to beat higher quality people but really thats all it takes to become ''effective'')
