sup guys, im bobby and ive posted a few posts here and there in this thread.

OK, so college is winding down and summer is approaching, and I really wanna get involved with as many smashers as i can. This summer ill be living at home in North Raleigh and I was just wondering if anyone is interested in trying to get a group together to do weeklies or something. Online is fun but i need sum face to face competition. If any of yall already have a lil group of smashers that wouldnt mind an extra just reply or IM me (sn=fritzscoot) OR if ne one is interested in making a Raleigh weekly smash day for the summer IM me.

SO I talked to my dad a bit he said he will think about it.

It will most likely not be at his restaurant and be at my house and it will be most likely a outside tourney thats if we do have this.


Prizes are kind not that great.


According to my brother.
First gets 60% of the Pot.
Second your a loser you get a bologna sandwich.
Third your a loser you get t a Bologna Sandwich also.

This is probably just for laughs. <.<



Anyways you probably wont get that much Prize Money cause its for my parents and we are in Debt a bit and we need money.

i bet you enjoyed "training mode" in melee. you can still enjoy it in brawl but not the same way. instead of picky techniques to practice, learn about your moves some more. how fast does the hit come out? how fast do you recover from doing that hit? how far is the range?

the new edge is weird. we have to find out how it works and ways around it.

Yes I am keeping the melee BEHR, although I had stopped for 2 weeks after Brawl came out, and now I'm a little slow. Still not too far behind where I was though. Tentatively, I can maybe even come over somewhere(Rutherford, Gboro, or Charlotte, doesn't matter) the 25th cuz I have a day off from school that day. The 26th could find me somewhere also.

OMG people! My friend and I are looking for some REAL smashers to play with. So far, I haven't found anybody to give me any real competition in Brawl, and there haven't been ANY tournaments in NC since Brawl came out. (there have probably been a few, but I haven't been able to find any...)

Somebody please tell me there's going to be a tournament in our state sometime within the next two months...my God, it's been too long since I've been to a Smash tournament. (my last one was in FEB!!)

So please...if anybody wants to just get together and play some Smash, PM me. And I'm dieing to go to a tournament.

Also, I don't know if it's been mentioned (I haven't read all 100-something pages of this thread) but there's a pretty cool place to go chill and play games. It's called Gamefrog, and it's located in the Pineville Carolina Place mall. They're looking to expand their Wii audience, and I think some hardcore smashers would do the trick nicely. It would be cool to get a group of people to go down there and play Smash for a couple of hours one weekend. I wouldn't mind organizing this, since I know some of the people who work there. Let me know if anybody's interested in this as well!

So yeah...let's play Smash!

*EDIT* If you guys are planning a tourny/get together for this Sunday (4/20) I will most def. attend and may even bring a friend. I have Sunday off, so let me know when and where! Like I said, if it's in NC I'll be there.
