I looked at the videos, and your pictures. But it seems to me like many of his moves come from his costumes. I don't think he can get away with whipping out a pig-suit and using one attack with it. Maybe abilities like the drill or pogo can work, but it seems like a lot of his moves would be very hard to work with.

If he was global I would be more acceptable of him. But he isn't. He's Japan only and has awkward options for an attack list.
