According to Raptor this guy tries really hard to get misfire so he spams side b. idk much about his skill since I've never played him.

I agree and I would say it's -1 since any mistake or a good read by the ike will cost luigi a stock. Running from ike can only do so much and Luigi can't combo ike forever.

I never thought luigi vs marth was that bad I do alright vs mike but I guess thats just mike

Man, im not even good with Weegee yet and my Weegee goes hella even with one of the best Snake players in my state, are you sure that MU isnt even? Like, Luigi gets in so well and his priority and juggles give Snake a huge problem. The nades dont really do to much cuz Weegee is a boss and stuff lol.

Luigi Vs Marth is extremely bad...Even though I play that matchup in tourney still out of sheer stupidity, lol....

Weegee can rhape snake if you can stay on his ***..Having port priority helps a ton too...

I feel that luigi vs marth is indeed an uphill battle, but its doable imo. RARing is pretty useful, cuz it can beat ( if timed right ) or occasionally trade with marths fair. Ive started using luigi as a secondary vs marth, cuz I feel that Mario really takes a beating in that mu. But thats juss me, I guess.....

It's not just you; I feel like Mario takes a beating in that one as well, and Luigi does have more of a shot with trading and sheer power.

I've noticed that I go for trades a lot with Luigi because of his good damage and priority on his air attacks. Does anyone else to this? His legs on Dair are really hard to beat cleanly. The tip of his shoe on Uair is godlike and beats a lot of things if you space it right. Plus, it's really fast. Bair has range and power. Nair has speed and power, and Fair has really good speed and can combo into itself.

IMO Luigi will win most trade battles in the end except vs. a few characters

Also, having trouble with a Yoshi on wifi just reminded me of something- if the opponent is land camping us because of our slow air speed, remember that we can commit to a direction, then b reverse a Fireball to fake them out.

Also, I hate the egg hitbox. I usually just outprioritize projectiles, but you can't do that to eggs >.>

Since we don't have any in La., wifi is the best I can get right now.


Offline, I'd just try to trade with him. He's only got 2 KO moves you've really got to watch out for. Uair and Fsmash, with the latter not being THAT difficult to avoid. And heck, if Uair won't KO you, I'm sure we can trade with it with a well timed Dair lol

Don't challenge uair, most of the time it will beat your dair.

Speaking of yoshi, there's still no sign of the luigi vs yoshi crew battle on youtube etc :/

So I was watching YoshQ vs N.ear and I realized something that he didn't do that pretty much anyone should do to TL. When he's offstage with a bomb in hand, just smack the hell out of him. He's virtually defenseless save for the bomb that he has. Trading with him is far more beneficial for us too.

true. I just usually feel like he's gonna throw the bomb at me and nothing good will come from it.

me and mr.L had a fairly big tourny yesterday

i made bracket, then got my salad tossed by MJG and Poke. i dont think i've ever been more PO'ed at myself in a tournament then i was yesterday

me and my partner Lamb did fairly well in doubles though

played Vinnie, great guy. almost got JV 4'ed against his ICs tho #superswag

i'm really, really bad at this game. but i was getting 5-6 firepunches a set so ROCK THE **** ON!
