MechaCon is moving to New Orleans next year. I'm still not sure if they will be giving a payout to the winner this time.

If we do end up with payment for our placings then I'll make it Singles. But if its just for a small trophy then I'll see if we can do Doubles. I'm thinking the people at the convention will get a kick out of that.

This past year 104 people signed up. We had to make the bracket Single Elimination just to fit time restraints.

MechaCon is the biggest and longest running Anime Convention in Louisiana, and you wouldn't really come just for a smash tournament, you would come for all the fun of the convention. The tournament itself this past year was a "side event" from everything else that was going on.

And it has been announced. MechaCon VI: New Orleans 2010 is July 16-18, 2010 at the Marriott Hotel.

Squirtle. He's fast and has a high performance rate. He's also small and hard to hit. He has awesome jabs, and his hydroplaning is awesome he also does good in the air.

However he can't do everything alone, Charizard and Ivysaur can still back him up in some areas (cant really list them).

ehh, i'd go for brawl. the convention is a side event for me.... hahaha. im not really into anime, except for the old ones that came out when i was like 8. ive been going back, downloading those, and watching them. they're cool.

Here's the thing. Either I can report people normally to the Atlantic South mods and let them do their thing for certain posts by certain users or I can go on Sudai's account and do the infracting myself, which for some cases I already have. I'm doing more reporting now though since it seems that'll be easier.

It's to make sure people understand what rules are being broken and how they are being broken. We're offering advice and help to those who do not understand. It's relevant since it's discussion about part of the thread.
