Yeah exactly what I mean, everything in this Leak makes complete sense (More accessible Smash Run, scaled-down story mode, more alts which would certainly explain the absence of alts from the demo, bigger focus on the original 8 tying into Sakurai’s comments on the starting roster), honestly this all holds up rather well for a 4Chan text leak, color me surprised.
This is a rather benign leak, all things considered. We also know that not all costumes were shown since Meta Ridley is still MIA. If true, this leaks is on the same level as the battle Field leak pre-E3.
I'm always afraid of getting a virus if I touch a 4Chan link. I assume that the leak has good news about Ashley's chances in Smash Ultimate?
Of all the text based leaks I want to be real this is probably it.
Very good news, and other things that don’t sound far fetched at all.
That's good to hear, but since it is a 4Chan link, color me very skeptical.
Yeah, unlike most 4Chan text leaks this one actually seems... Really grounded in reality, giving some very logical information, not piggybacking off of other leaks, and addressing several oddities we’ve seen, so there does seem to be a little weight to it.
Basic summary.
I really want that to be true. It has one of the characters I want and a new adventure mode.

As funny as this sounds, I'm a grown man and I would too. I would set her next to my Vivi (FFIX), Slime (DQ) and Meta Knight plush collection.
Best case scenario, Kat and Ana get confirmed as Assists on Friday with no mention of Ashley (as that would mean they conscientiously decided to promote WarioWare Gold but decided not to use the second most popular character from that series).
If she's not confirmed or deconfirmed this week she's still got a shot.
I guess Wario himself would count, wouldn't he? Kind of poetic in a way.
I hope that happens. One thing I actually would prefer to happen over that (as far fetched as it is), is if they show someone like Jimmy T/Mona/9-Volt or someone else who hasn't been an assist trophy before as the new WarioWare assist trophy. That way we can get the mindset that hopefully one of those took Ashley's spot as the assist trophy (along with Kat and Ana) and Ashley gets the promotion she deserves.
That is true. And if Ashley does branch out, I have little doubt that she will start to appear in the Mario Spin off's. Strange how things go.

You could argue Mario grew out of Donkey Kong, not the other way around. It's always kinda strange to think about it like that, and it kinda makes the fact that DK only has two characters a little more bothersome.
