I'm all for a smashfest.

Nintendo revealed a new Kid Icarus, Paper Mario, Star Fox, Donkey Kong Country, Goldeneye, Mario Kart, Kirby, and Pilotwings.

Something to note about Star Fox, it looks more like a remake than a sequel.

But yeah, Nintendo's showing was really good this year. Most hyped for DKC.

just because you dont like the batman movies doesnt mean they havent seen large degree's of success and received good reviews everywhere else, also batman aint a superhero, hes got no powers.

anyone else find it funny that 90% of the games announced at e3 will be delayed?

"Some heroes, such as Batman, Green Arrow, Hawkeye and the Question possess no superhuman powers but have mastered skills such as martial arts and forensic sciences to a highly remarkable degree, which means they can be classed as superheroes." -Stolen from Wikipedia

No, But along as we are just pulling stuff out of our ***** I'm going to say that Sony will rise to the top this years due to its amazing performance at E3! -_____-

Oh it looks like Ocarina of time is going to be getting a remake of 3DS.

Man I don't want remakes, I want sequels! True sequels. No Sunshines or Wind Wakers or Adventures/Assaults.

@ quinny - you invalidate your own point when you say you got your facts from wikipedia

@ ceez - there is a true zelda sequel coming out, it was at e3. also i think it looks like the ******* child of wind waker and twilight princess.

Ummm, yeah...

Graphics ain't exactly one of the Wii's strengths. I wish like hell I could play Wii games on an HDTV without lag, but sadly that's not an option because of their cheap hardware.

Oh well, pretty much every game worth playing that's not on PC is exclusively on Wii or DS, and that's all I really care about. And considering how Nintendo ***** E3, it looks like they're gonna have a good year.

I don't really care about graphics. I do care about HD lag, *sigh*. Maybe the Wii2 will fix it...yeah i'm certain it will.

Here's the funny part, I'll bet the Wii 2 will have more graphical abilities than the New XBOX counterpart. PS3's life cycle is supposed to last until 2014, according to Sony a couple of years ago. So if Nintendo released a console in 2012 or something, they would be able to compete directly with PS3 and Xbox. I think the speed of new console releases will greatly slow down going forward as they can't get too much more real, heh.

When consumer interest wane or moves on then it is time to release a new product. We all know the next consoles are already hot in development. Consumer interest is changing at such a rapid pace that this generation may be cut short. Also investors are concerned about the future due to the uncertainty of a 9th or 10th generation.

Don't think I can make this Saturday due to Fathers' Day. It all depends on when I finish dinner with my grandparents.

If not, then Graphix.

Actually I was thinking about switching it up this week.

How'd you guys like to have a bonfire? I haven't had one in ages and I've been dying to. The weather is supposed to be nice Saturday night. We could sit around, have some drinks, roast some hot dogs, make s'mores, play Pokemon, just chill, whatever. It'd be nice to take a break like this I think and just hang with the crew.

So the basic schedule for Saturday would be: play Smash all afternoon, go to BWW at 5 as usual, come back and play some more Smash, then go sit around the bonfire when it gets dark, like 9-ish.

It's a good weekend for it since there may be two other P:M livestreams going on this weekend, so it's kind of pointless for us to have one too. Also, Guy can't make it, so if we plan on doing some drinking, we'd only have to ask one underage crew member to stay home this weekend (sorry Count :().

TH, I know you gotta work Sunday morning. Maybe you could get off? Or we could do this Friday night, but I won't be free till pretty late, like 10 or 11, and I don't know if Bandit will be up for it that late.

Either way, we need to decide soon. And Tant, you're welcome to join us whatever we do. You're basically an honorary member of the Legion.

I'll be around after our youth event on saturday. We have to be back at church at 4pm. We're doing a photo scavenger hunt, going all around MD/VA/PA to find anything on the list. There are like, 500 items. We might have something for "most creative thing", can we get a picture of someone riding your pig?

Anyways, After 5pm on sat I'm good. Just let me know what we're doing and i'll be there

There is a foil in your plan.

If it is my fire pit you are thinking of using, then I have to lug all the wood down there if we can use the wood. And, I definitely want to be asleep around midnight on Saturday because I have a double header on Sunday. Which also means I would probably barely be drinking. I'm pitching Sunday, so I have to be in tip-top shape.

Not trying to burst a bubble or anything.

Also, not saying it can't be done. Just saying there are hurdles.

Waffle, you (and anyone else) can come over any time on Saturday. I'll be up and ready for smash.

or if you prefer it in video form: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82ffr1es0Pc

Just meet us at BWW. We're going there at 5pm.

Is Phil going to a tourney on Saturday? It'd be cool if he came to this.

We'll help with the wood. I'm thinking after BWW we'll hit the liquor store and the grocery store for s'more stuff, then head over to your house to bring the wood down and help with whatever else we need to do for the bonfire. Probably not worth trying to squeeze in another hour of smash after BWW.

I am still waiting on word from my parents if it is okay to have a bonfire and if we can use the wood.

Next time, lets get approval there first before you bring it to the guys. You can't volunteer people or places that you have no control of. I'm not sure when we are getting together with my grandfather, so there is a chance I might have plans Saturday night.

I remember Wednesday you were talking about Friday night for a bonfire, but that was scrapped so I figured it wasn't happening.

It was just an idea. I didn't know it would be a problem. We can just play smash if it's too much trouble.

I just really wanna have a bonfire at some point.

Update: Bonfire is on.

Mom & Dad will be at a party tomorrow night. I would like this to wrap up around midnight because of my games the next day (Baseball > Girls > Life > Smash ... I wonder how many people would disagree with that :) )

Post up if you are coming! I want to be prepared for however many people it will be, and someone has to show you where the fire pit is since it is not on our immediate property.

Guest List:
- Bandit
- JCaesar
- Waffle
- TH?
- Ganon Down B?
- People?
