This is the silliest thing I've read all day.

I just got out of a 1 year/2 month relationship and I miss my ex's company 10x more than I miss the sex.

Losing your virginity really isn't as difficult or life changing as some people make it out to be... Finding a partner that is 100% compatible with you to the point where you'll want to spend the rest of your life with said parter is extremely hard and probably the most life changing experience a person can go through.

That really isn't the samething though. Right now I'd much prefer a compatible partner than just sex, however the fear of never getting married and never having any success with women is something that goes away once you start having sex and become more experienced. Realistically I kinda don't think Cannedbread is going to lose that fear he has until he's had sex a few times.

Well said, I never thought of it that way but that is absolutely true.

On a related note, I ended up rejecting one of my best friends for sex the other day and it looks like we're finally mending our relationship, where as I was previously very afraid I had lost of her. I guess this means the end of our flirting and talking about "us", our relationship may forever be changed but I'm happy to still have her in my life.

On another related note, I finally got somewhere with a girl I've been crazy about since highschoool. I took her drinking last night and then I was all over her. She is a bit on the conservative side so I'm surprised at how far she let me {kissing most of her breasts}, it was fantastic. Looks like having sex with her is an real possibility, where as I always thought it would never happen. She is also one of my best friends, so I have to be mindful that of our relationship. But given the opportunity I would totally still sleep with her.

i am not bitter, i just feel the need to point out why you are not a good person to take relationship or sexuality advice from in case the guy was taking your words to heart. i dont speak to people about heart surgery because i am not a surgeon and have not had heart surgery. the success of my band (which includes discussions with and hype from respectable metal labels, a headlining tour, festival spots and selling out merchandise) has nothing to do with you giving this poor sap terrible life advice. also i personally attack you nearly every time you post but it doesnt seem to get thru most of the time

I thought you were just joking. I'm not very sensitive and I tell jokes like that as well. You seemed pretty nice to me when you were explaining being sensitive to transgendered people. Idk, maybe it was all in my head.

Can't decide if I should ask that girl to the moves tomorrow. It may be too soon, but then again i don't want to get to the point where it's not soon enough either. ugh...this is why I hate dating, and it doesn't help that she is pretty much my best friend as well.

Today was kinda interesting. I had an audition set up for a band today. Keep in mind that since middle school, I've been completely self-taught and stuff at music, and haven't had people to compare myself to, and haven't played with many musicians (only ones I have played with are my uncles) so I've had no idea how I compared to other people when it came to music.

k, so after the whole audition thingy, they ended up loving me and my bass playing, and all the other stuff I can offer to the band (like being able to write out tabs for every instrument in songs and stuff). So I'm feeling pretty good since I'm apparently a lot better at music than I thought I was. I was actually worried that I wouldn't be all that good etc. but apparently I was very wrong.

'course, I'm not 100% sure yet if I want to stay with the band or not. It has its good and bad sides. Not sure yet if the good outweighs the bad. But the thing is, now that I at least am understanding a little bit about how band stuff works, I could continue looking and try to find a band that's closer to where I live so I don't have to drive as far.

But I'm not interested in arguing or getting infracted, I guess I'm glad you are not solely being infamous in only the Unhappy thread. Although the content of your happiness is once again what Werekill disapproves of. Perhaps he's getting more lenient on that.

It wasn't a lie at all. The difference between now and before{or maybe I was simply oblivious up until now}, is that this time LT was being malicious about it, I didn't see the humor in his posts this time where as I had seen it before. And yeah, I certainly do hope Werekill is being more lenient lol

That friend I fooled around the other day? Seems like our friendship is unscathed. But at the sametime it looks like we probably won't be fooling around again, and while that's not perfect, I'm ok with it.

To try and be on topic, I guess I'm happy about getting the Historia in the mail in the next couple of days. Also, may be going to Kamicon this month. There is always people selling a good selection of manga there and usually for really low prices. And there'd be a Smash Brothers tourney there. I never win because I don't play anymore, but it's fun picking it up again and seeing how close I can get. ^^

Like, omg. Today was PERFECT. I sold 3 REDcards at Target today, and the manager was apparently really happy with me. (go figure, idk why it's so important, lol) At the end of my shift, he offered me a free Starbucks, but I don't like coffee so I just said it was fine that i didn't really care. Then he comes back with a Target long sleeve shirt (was pretty nice).. but it was too small and the only size they had D: They only had small and large, I need a medium >.> lol.

Then before I left he called me in his office, and gave me 2 bags of m&m's along with a target dog. I've always wanted a target dog! (like since I was 3 or 4 O.o) <3

Also, I'm now apparently "awesome".

About 3 managers at target... especially the one who was there today... I think I'm seriously favored by him. o.o

WELL, at least this will look good on my college application (if they actually call the store anyway...) Being favored by managers isn't a bad thing (well it could make other people jealous... but that's their problem)

On another note, I got my first pet fish last week. It's a female betta that I named Candace, she's super active and the only time she ever rests is when she finally goes to sleep at night. She won't eat though. =/ (at least not in front of me, food has "mysteriously" disappeared) I might get a male when I get paid Friday, and buy another tank. Oh, I also got a little snail yesterday, she keeps harassing him, lol poor little guy. She "accidentally" knocked him off the tank heater and he just kinda parachuted down and fell splat on the gravel before going back in his shell... hasn't come out since, LOL.

Character modeling for my Texture Mapping/Hard Surface and Organic Modeling/Game Modeling classes.
First legit character model that isn't just a non-game model sculpt.....and I'm pretty happy. Zbrush comes so naturally to me because I'm better at the artsy side of game art (3D modeling in 3DS Max/Maya is just painful)

Rough progress on a semi low subdivision. Working on the mask (thas why she has no face) and the hair atm.

Already did, was pretty much just told to use the mouse less/exercise it more/pray. It's why I use a trackball mouse a lot now, but lol using that program with this trackball mouse is about as comfy as typing with my ****.

Don't quit, and you'll end up gaining a skill that will likely be treasured for the rest of your life. You WILL get frustrated, but that's because of just how different this is from anything you've learned. Work at it, and the music will come.

If you're only in this to impress people, go into learning without that attitude and you'll improve yourself on the inside more than I can really put into words. Being able to play music and let your fingers sound your soul out for the world, or just you in your room, to hear is just... You'll understand when the time comes.



Anyway, my birthday is today! I'm mostly excited for food tonight; I can't decide between a great curry place (and introducing my parents to Indian food) or a good Japanese place I've heard about from friends.
