Alright, I've been lazy for long enough. Here are the much anticipated shout outs:
Tourney Directors- We rock! GA officially held the first big Melee tourney since Brawl. That's right, G-freaking-A is bringing Melee back along with the too good EC. Too good, too good.
Prac- Couldn't have done it without you. Obviously. Congrats on getting so far in the tourney, you've improved a lot in a short time. Good stuff getting past the skill wall and continuing to improve in awesome-ness.
Gerbil- Didn't get to play you, but that's cool. I know you rocked. No doubt. Except at Coke Can Football. Iori had mad hax at that game.
Alpha Gundam- A Samus beat Colbol's Fox? Geez Alpha. Way to go beast mode.
DP- Yeah it helped. I think just talking about it with somebody that knows the matchup helped me play smarter. I still lost, but I refocused and took a game at least. Thanks man.
Reflex- You're too good. Only Sakuri would give Melee Bowser and Brawl Metaknight the same metagame. Thanks for the omlette again. And thanks for staying to help clean up.
Carter- Good stuff making brackets man. And way to go hooking us up with a venue.
Nice1- I don't even know what to say to you. You're a trip for real though.
Kage- Biscuit combo! Haha! Teams friendlies Friday night were so fun. You're a beast man. Thanks for coming down for real.
Unknown- Nice meeting you and the rest of Toronto. Y'all were way chill. Hopefully you can come to the next one too. We never got to play.
RAM- I'm getting you on Jungle Japes next time. You better not ban it eiher. That whole set was too fun man. You're definitely awesome and so not a chump.
drumma_boi- I'm glad you enjoyed the tourney. I really like how you said I'm your favorite tourney director too. That seriously made the day for me. Seriously.
Rice- When you teched junk into b-airs in a crew battle, everybody watching went nuts and I was like "Duh Rice does stuff like that. He's awesome." Good stuff man, good stuff.
Wife- You're one of the coolest guys I've ever met through Smash. I'm glad we got to hang out and talk about stuff. I'll be at GS3 for sure man. Hopefully you'll be able to our next one too.
Plank- Thanks for helping out. Happy birthday again.
Ambix- You've gotte really good lately man. Just sayin'. Thanks for being awesome about everything man.
Nite- You freaking rock everything forever at all times. That's all I've got.
Iori- What the hax Mewtwo? Haha! You did really well man. I always like playing with you.
IHSB- Didn't get to play you, but I know you did great. We'll just have to play at the next troueny for sure.
Dogy- Thanks for making all the announcements for me even after your voice went out. You're definitely the loudest smasher ever. True fax.
Fullmetal- What the heck man we never did our Teams Jiggs dittos on Yoshi Story! Not either of our faults. I think that'll be a side tournament at the next tourney. A whole bracket of quad-Jiggs teams on YS.
HAT- Pool matches were fun, but IC friendlies were more fun. I like that matchup a lot. Good stuff though man. I'm glad you could come.
Chad- Needs fixed+more Pika hat imo.
SleepyK- Too good. I think that's all I can come up with. Anything else would detract from your awesomeness.
Majist- Those were way fun matches man.
Jman- You're freaking hilarious. Good stuff in the tourney man. You gotta come to the next one.
Eggm- Sorry your bracket was like all Peaches and Jiggs. Check it out though, you still did awesome. You rock for real. Thanks for making the trip man.
Rest of OOS- Thanks for coming up/down/over to GA everybody. This wouldn't have happened without y'all.
