Alex, you can only talk about Falcon and Falcon's Manliness around here :mad088:

Just like Dr.Falcon can perform cheap and effective abortions to pregnant teenagers with his Mighty Falcon Punch. :088:

Death is an understanding not yet fully understood, and, for that, is feared or a source for curiousity.
Fear has no guidelines as the human mind can lose rational thoughts when beeing in jeopardy by its own authority, and thus, making it, at first glance, an uncounterable weakness in our highly developed state of beeing. On the other hand our brain capacity has no limits, at least no limits that can be defined. As we don't use the maximum capacity of our brain, no one knows what the human mind is capable of.
This is where science, which started with human curiousity, comes in, and is known as our way of ruling out what can be proven as untrue, and confirming facts in an attempt to grasp the truth. But as uncertainty often brings forth fear, no matter how large ones will to know the truth might be, makes the true capacity of our brain a mystery our own species may not be able to solve, even if it was told by the supernatural. As common sense would disregard the source as unreliable, or the truth may be so scary that none of us can ever overcome the fear one needs to overcome to find out what our mind, the human mind, is truely capable of. And this capacity may very well be what we need to fully understand the understanding we know as 'death'.

I really wanted to get that off of my chest.
Now, by all means, respond to my thoughts, if you like.

As for my thoughts, we humans fear death because we don't know whats beyond that. Humans search for the truth with logic, reason, or even religion but death is something that none of those could thoroughly explain. Human's capacity of knowledge is limitless but it is how we process that information that makes us forget.
I also believe that common sense is not obsolete :ohwell:

If I may ask, what made you type all of this?

Yes. What you say is true.
But there are also people who don't see death as something negative (as in, to be feared), which makes alot of things questionable.

And yes, offcourse you may ask:
The reason is that it is very late here in Holland now, and I just can't sleep, which makes me search for distraction, and I find said distraction by theorizing about everything that comes to mind, and as i am about to go to sleep, and as I have been assosciating sleeping with death ever since I was little, I was combining posting on swf with my theorizing.

And Acedude:
the fact I, among others here, are more intelligent than you are, doesnt make us prefer men over women, when it comes to (sexual) relationships.

Quite interesting. From my experience, I learned that people see sleep as either a glass half full or a glass half empty. It would appear that sleep for you is a glass half empty since you associate it with death. All I have too say is that you should go to sleep. No matter how you see it, its still an essential part of living. :tired:

I know. You are right about sleep beeing, as you phrased it, a glass half empty for me, as I detest it, and I don't think I'll ever fully get used to it. (lolKneeUtrippin'dawg)

Nah I'm serious.

But yes, I should go to sleep. Thank you.

If you're using a WiiMote, you can highlight words. Simply point, hold "A" and drag across. The truth will come to light.

I know this, because I'm using a WiiMote right now, but I'm typing with a USB Keyboard... which is so much more convenient than point'n'click adventures.

Im using a mobile device

Insomnia, **** yeah
Oh! Okay then. Insomnia is sweet! I love sleep, but I love insomnia just as much. It's a two-way street for me.

Although, too much sleep gives me a headache, and I tend to get weak from not having anything to eat, since I have a ******** high matabolism. If I don't get any sleep, then I don't really care. The only problem with that is, I get bored really easily, and normally don't have anything better to do.

lol I understand if its a hangover but I just can't grasp that idea. :ohwell:
Personally, I'm immune to headaches so I don't know how one feels like.
Not calling you a liar, but that's very unbelieveable. I don't have hangovers, since I'm not a heavy drinker, nor do I get drunk to that extent.

If I sleep too much, I get a headache. I really don't know the reason as to why, but all I know is, I do. Which is why I don't care which one I get more of, be it sleep or insomnia.

I'm going to quote a Magic The Gathering Card, and if you can tell me the name of the card, Falcon loves you.

"Which is worse? The sleep that never comes, or the sleep that never ends?"

Yes, I am a Magic The Gathering player. When I'm on a pc I use Lackey for online games with other players. I'm a bit rusty though, since I have no knowledge of the latest packs and series.
