I can't wait for the Haruhi episode to air. Then again, I'm going to have to wait for the subs so I can fully enjoy it. T__T

another ****ing Week Of Endless Eight? 1 Chapter Takes 4 Episodes To Tell?!? What The **** Kyoani!?!?!?!

BIG SPOILERS AHEAD:

I get that they are trying to give off the "endless" feeling (and in the process, give us a taste of what Nagato's experiencing [observing without being able to tell them anything]), but frankly, this episode is just not necessary. It's just the last episode but with less fan-service. This episode wasn't necessary to advance the plot; simple as that. But whatever, so far, I don't mind yet. But I'm going to re-read the chapter in the novel to make sure that there's only one more repeat left, because if it reaches a 5th episode, I will start to have problems. (But according to my theory of the season ending with "Where Did the Cat Go?" as a final easy-going episode like how "Someday in the Rain" was, then E8 with 4 episodes would fill up all of the episodes slots perfectly.)

BTW, I heard that all three of the Endless Eight episodes have different writers and storyboard directors. That would explain the abundance of fan-service in the 2nd one, but little to none in the others.
