I outspeed. Switch in on Bulk Up, Will-o-Wisp to remove Lum, take 55% from Payback, Will-o-Wisp again, Pain Split a bunch, Psychic does 33% when it can. Not using Bulk Up results in the same sort of result, two Will-o-Wisps and Pain Split stop me coming close to dying.

It outspeeds. Bulk Up Stone Edge + Burned Stone Edge doesn't kill. Two Stone Edges and a Burned Stone Edge does, but you have Recover. Recover stall + Night Shade kills you eventually.
