Forgive me for having to resort to this again guys, but assuming that he does get the +1 SpAtk from Download, that thing can 2-3HKO anything bulky by outspeeding and surviving with Focus Sash, or pretty much OHKO anything that outsped it. Even Regice with max HP and SpDef couldn't make it

Can't kill Blissey though
