i did it so we wouldn't have to flux with the counter game

it should be allowed but in this format

sent out counter
someone proved that it failed
fix it up
if it works, keep going but the counter gets no points
if it fails, counter loses and gets another 1 point taken off from being a fail

oh and if it's a fix, it has to be the same poke

sound fair? with this, this could cause less confusion down the road and keep the counter game flowing nicely
