It's a good thing that it didn't turn out that way or else I may have never started playing smash competitively.

What do you guys think about this, who would you play if Toon Link never appeared in smash bros brawl/pm and smash 4? And how would you feel about learning that Toon Link was a potential character, but had been cancelled?

It would have been quite a bummer to find out that Toon Link could have been in Brawl, but just didn't make it. He was my most wanted character back during the Brawl days after all. I'm glad that it didn't turn out that way and that he still stuck around for Smash 4.

I can honestly imagine Toon not being in Brawl. Change is weird yknow, and it's not hard to imagine something that had a possibility of not happening.
A change from Young Link is nice, I guess. I wonder if Young Link would've been made completely different by Smash 4 if he was kept though.
What I WOULDN'T be able to see is Jiggs not being in Brawl. The original 12 are kind of a thing that should be in all the games.

Why is it that the Tink boards are so quiet? Are there just so few Tink mains? I just went on the Roy boards yesterday and in a few hours on the social thread alone I got around the same amount of alerts I would get (I literally just got another alert from there, further proving my point) from all of the Tink boards in about a whole week! Is Tink just that underused?

Since I don't have any local smash scene I try to verse as many people I find smashboards as I can and right now I'm planning on hosting a sm4sh tournament on Saturday (not the online tournament mode, It'll all take place over the with friends mode so there's more control over the rules). I currently have 5 people who can do it (only 4 signed up on the site, one person can do it but is asleep rn).
