People using Lucina more now, including Zero doesn't help Marth either. Is getting tippers all the top and perfecting spacing just too tough in this game where the meta is shifting to aggro play? I can imagine that being tough for Marth, whereas Luicna doesn't have to worry about tipping and came play more comfortably at closer range

I was more referring to Salem's terrible record vs Dabuz (To my knowledge Dabuz has not lost a set to him, most sets were 2 or 3-0) than the actual character matchup.

This is Smash 4. Upsets happen all the time.

So a top 5 player can certainly lose a set to a top 20 player, especially when the matchup is probably slightly in the top 20 player's favor.

Saying that "it's possible" is actually an understatement.

3 of the 5 Duck Hunt matches on stream were Sheik, 2 being Void. I know the feel

Also I think the Sheik MU is horrible but a lot of dogs disagree with me. I know Dawangthang thinks its even. Needles and fast Fair/oos nair is annoying.

Honestly guys, what does "Top 8 material" even mean? If Link and Falcon can get top 3 at Civil War, Duck Hunt can get top 8 at a major tournament too.

When you factor in the results Duck Hunt gets in Japan, he seems like at least a very solid mid-tier character. And in Smash 4 the mid-tiers have at least a puncher's chance.

DLC characters are getting wrecked this tournament. Salem may be the best Bayo by going with 1st place placings and wins over top players..but he has having issues with consistency lately .
