If Scotland were on form they would have thrashed us so badly, even with the 4 stock loss. I think they just wanted to get their coach home. Still, they managed to pull back pretty well from being 5 stock behind.

Without Ed the England scene is dead. It happened the last time he quit. He is the only guy, with the exception of Doug, who makes things happen.

Its all easy saying it has to change but people as in ALL of us have to put the effort in and whenever we do put the effort in most of the time nothing comes from it anyway.....Take RoS3 for instance all of the S-D-B were supposed to be going how many are going now SWEET **** ALL!!!!!
Never mind but its just finding the time and travel is difficult for a lot of people im one of the lucky ones driving...I can pick people up but cant take them to a venue for a tourny if there are no tournies so **** really.....
England Kicked *** But yeah Scotland were dying to get back....

I knew this would happen.

Nah Ed didn't quit for a year, he was at tournies like toast feb 05, ros2 jul 05, roofsm jan 06 etc. He's been pretty consistant. but during that time there was like no tournies in the uk except smash wars which i hosted in apr 05. Nothing in the uk happend from my tournie until SCT4 in apr 06 which is pretty much a year. I can see why Ed can get tired of carrying everyone on his back, no-one else has made the kind of effort he has to keep things going.

Ok so i'm coming to england in less than 48 hours and i really really really need to talk to kone, if anyone has anyway of contacting him tell him to please send me the train info i need to get to his house. He's really my only contact in england and i don't want to show up in another country with no place to stay for at least the first night. So if you can get in touch with him, please do and tell him to send the info to either my windows messenger account or my email at GAwes88@gmail.com

It'll be hosted here in Lancaster. It's easily accessible, I live about 2 minutes walk from both the station and the possible venue. If anyone has any questions I will be making a thread. Until then please PM me or you can Email/MSN me.

Inferno_Blaze: I'm hosting a tournament on the 28th/29th October. You free then?

Kman: As far as I know Kone was orgasnising that and he's semi-retired. I'd contact another Londoner and find out. inoneofthem should be able to keep you up to date.

I would if it was official, my parents would never let me go to see some random people on the internet because I'd OBVIOUSLY get ***** because you're all pedophiles in real life.

Inferno: This is about as official as tournaments in Britain get. There's a venue, housing, prize money. We have no MLG here. If I can put your parents mind at ease at all I'd be happy to.

Maybe I could try late some time (or I could tell them I want to go to an official one then get my friend to come and his parents to take us) Meh I doubt it's gonna happen though.
